there's nothing valid about it at all. saying we would have won if that player wasn't playing is completely irrelevant. another player would have taken his place and we were garbage on the night.

that being said, I liked the poster aboves point that we've been on the end of some * decisions in the past so lets enjoy this.

As far as I know, Sion FC did (or will) appeal to UEFA and to another Civil Court in the district where UEFA is based.

But the appeal to UEFA will surely come to nothing, and any Swiss Civil Court decision will not affect UEFA about their decision to reinstall us, as they were totally aware of all that when they took their decision last Friday. So I´m pretty sure those appeals won´t change anything!

The only appeal that could change things for Sion is the one to CAS, but they will only give their verdict AFTER the start of the group stage, so that won´t affect us at all.

Depending on that CAS verdict, there might be a legal war between Sion and UEFA later on, but that will only be for compensation fees and we shouldn´t care about that at all!!

So, bottom line: I can´t see us getting put out again!

No mention on either of the UEFA or Sion sites. You would think if the appeal had've been lodged there would have been an update to this effect, at least on the Sion site.

m8 you should stick a couple of large ones on sion, if celtic win there's a slight chance you might get paid out. If they lose or draw your bet would be void!!!:icon_mrgreen:
