    They've no chance, all they're doing is * people off in high places with their constant rule breaking and their constant whining about punishment handed out. FIFA and UEFA should throw the book at them, invalidate the ineligible players contracts and force Sion to pay the remainder to the players, ban them for 3 years from Europe and take action on the Swiss FA for allowing all this to happen. If you've read anything about their chairman Christian Constantin you'll know that neither FIFA or UEFA will take this clown seriously.

    From what I can see, their chairman is a bit of a mental case. Just does what he pleases and will not admit he's in the wrong no matter what the authorities say.
    Given how quickly and forcefully Platini claimed that he wanted Sion chucked out, I'd say he won't really want to hear the appeal. It will be thrown out.

    UEFA will not rescind their decision on appeal. If Sion take the matters to court it will be in view of receiving compensation only, not for re-instatement.

    I think uefa will just get on with the tournament, as they know for themselves, Sion won't be coming back in, They are not interested in their appeal. it's pointless.

    I didnt think we would have got in as eufa were taking too long,Now that they have made their decision i dont see eufa backing down :)
    If sion take this to a civil court, i think eufa may come out after wish a harsher punishment as there attitude is not to get civil courts involved in football matters.

    If eufa ban all swiss clubs as has been stated they may do if sion take it to civil court the whole of switzerland are going to hate this club.(all swiss clubs know sion were in the wrong)
