Emelec very comfortable in the first 'home' game. It was played outside their home city, in the city of Manta. Miller Bolaños, who scored the first goal continues to impress. Scoring lots of goals and getting a fair amount of assist in this fast moving Emelec side. He should get more game for Ecuador now, as the new national coach is Gustavo Quinteros, who came straight in from Emelec.

Racing keep smashing in the goals. Diego Cocca's lead from the front with this new generation of Argentine coaches. Gustavo Bou also has two hat-tricks in two games.

I'll be working in Parque Patricios so Huracán it is. Happy to see they're in Libertadores.

Cristian Espinoza is your man then.

    ---------

Atlético Mineiro just lost at home to Atlas of Mexico. A team who in turn also lost at home in the last round against Santa Fe. Looking like they will struggle to make it out of the group now.

Cruzeiro are just about to start their campaign away in Sucre, Bolivia. Not the highest of the Bolivian cities (under 10,000ft) but the altitude will still effect them. Any points will be good. São Paulo against the Uruguayan champions Danubio should be a far better game to watch.

Michel Bastos with a great rundown the wing. Goes past the defender and puts in a delicate cross to Alexande Pato who has silently pealed away into space on the back post. He thumps the cross on the volley first time into the net. Great goal.

    1 x 0. 5 minutes.

Yes, they should be fine. Home advantage is huge in the Libertadores, and Boca have one of the best home to return to, even if the journey for Wanderers isn't that far. Their midfield-strikers tonight include Nicolás Lodeiro; Pablo Osvaldo, Fernando Gago and Andrés Chávez which is quite exciting. The defence has been improved with Marco Torsiglieri, a much needed signing as their defence last year was poor.

Don't expect slick football tonight as they are still forming as a team.

Hope that isn't the kiss of death :smiley-laughing002:

The Wanderers player to watch out for are Gastón Rodríguez who is playing the lone striker tonight, stepping into the boots of the old Sergio Blanco. They are a small side and I don't know much about them beyond him.

    * 1 x 1 in 10 seconds :56:

18 year old Juan Komar (the early sub) gets his first ever goal for Boca. Wanderers not having that. Goal straight from kick off.

Botafogo x Flamengo - Clássico da Rivalidade

    http://www.rojadirecta.me/goto/brfutebol.org/channel22.html

Santa Cruz playing Náutico in Recife, Vitória x Bahia in Salvador and Avaí x Figueirense in Florianópolis now as well. Cerro Porteño host Olimpia in Paraguay's biggest game at 9PM too.

And Internacional x Grêmio as well.

Edit again: Also Gimnasia La Plata vs Estudiantes in Argentina. Bolívar vs The Strongest in La Paz. Derby day.

Just seen the highlights. My * it isn't looking good. The champions of Brazil struggling at home to a team that should really be in the second division of Argentina :smiley-laughing002: . Ricardo Goulart, who they shipped out scored a hat trick today as well for his Chinese side just to rub it in. The capital of Brazil lately, Belo Horizonte seems looks to have been killed off by the transfer market.

    Corinthians is Brazil's best hope.

Only two goals all night. Barcelona were truly horrendous last night as well.

Hopefully your Colo Colo can provide some entertainment tonight.
