    Not been a classic. A stop-start game, Goiás have had more of the game but they don't really have the skill to take advantage. Moreno's goal was good but out of the blue. I don't think it has the potential to explode in the second half like the Grêmio game.

    Brazilian sides join the Copa Sudamericana tonight. Bahia just beat Internacional 2 x 0 away so they look very good to go through. Fluminense currently drawing with Goiás and later tonight Criciúma host São Paulo and the north-east will have it's moment with Sport Recife playing Vitória.

    He is OK. Obviously nothing special now but he is still built like a tank. During the game against Corinthians he was up and down the left wing all game, never stopping. Probably covered more ground than anyone else.

    The STJD has suspended the second leg of Santos x Grêmio in the Copa do Brazil. In the first leg Grêmio fans racially abused the Santos goalkeeper Aranha. Hopefully Grêmio will be kicked out.

    Santos won the first leg 2 x 0.

    But just when it looked like the STJD had a day were it didn't * up it decided to change that. This * it is the banning of Icasa from Série B for the rest of the season. The reason for this is because Icasa took Figueirense to court for fielding an ineligible player. If they won the case Icasa would have won promotion instead of Figueirense. Instead the case was won by Figueirense and this is the punishment Icasa get for making the challenge.

    To add insult to injury for Icasa this is the very same reason why Fluminense was saved from relegation and why Portuguesa were relegated. Flu used the exact same reason Icasa did to save themselves. The reason why Flu won (when Icasa didn't) is because they are the club of the elite and those elites pulled out all the stops to save their club.

    Icasa will know be kicked out of the league (19 games in :52:) and will have a R$50,000 fine. It is a joke.

    Botafogo-PB have been kicked out of Série C for the same reason as Icasa.

    Inde being pushed back into their own box and struggling to hold onto the ball. Lucky for them Racing are * when it comes to finishes. Gabriel Hauche in front of an open net, 5 yards out and he puts it wide. Ouch.

    To make matters worse for him and Diego Villar, Inde fans pelting them with coins :52:
