I know he did. But my point is not that Lenny has done bad, just that his players potting skills are not quite as good as sometimes hyped. My other point about him is he doesnt seem a technical, tactical kind of manager. He has simple ideas of how we should play and he doesnt look like he has the smarts to know how to nick wins when we play bad or the pitch is rotten etc. There is no plan B when our passing game doesnt work.

 

Regarding this point, I get very mixed signals about Lennon's tactical ability.

I remember one of his first interviews being very basic on his approach to tactics, then again he had just taken over Mowbray's massacre, and Rome wasn't built in a day

Sometimes it seems that we are very, very naive in our tactical approach. Motherwell, Inverness...and now St Johnstone.

Then again...

He out-smarted Smith in the majority of Old Firm's. His win-draw-lose ratio being better than any Celtic manager against Smith. As much as I'm not Smith's biggest fan, he knew his tactics and how to win in the SPL, although alot of it was horrible to watch.

I don't know whether he is coming together tactically as a manager, or just making alot of the same mistakes repeatedly.

There is nothing wrong with a bosman/free like signing like Wilson...and Ledley

 

I'd say it's the whole club's concern. Ours included considering there'd be no club if it wasn't for us.

I don't think he's a starter but he is more than average cover.

 

He is fine at dealing with long balls and plays well in games like that like Hun games were they go long down the middle a lot. When we'r playing a team that has players who run at him though hes too clumsy and panicky and ends up conceding fouls and getting turned. We should only use him in games against teams like Dundee Utd, Rangers and Hearts.

 

That's probably because he's on the treatment table.

 

It should be your concern if one of our players is displaying a lack of professionalism.
