    He hopped off right in front of where I sit and was in absolute agony, that picture grabs a great shot of it, although the momentum is there, I think he/we got lucky that he never caught him with his foot, that would have been a break for sure.

    Really nasty one, I'd expect deep bruising and some swelling, I would say he's out for Thursday right enough, regardless of Celtic's hope to play him.

    Jeez, I sound like a doctor.

    Fact is if that tackle is made anywhere else on the field it is a yellow card every day. The shot was already away and then Dixon dives in and catches Hooper. An absolute disgrace that Dixon wasn't booked for that.
    There is no doubt in my mind that moaning hypocrite Houston sent his players out with the intention of trying to kick us off the park. Thompson's performance as a ref was shameful. He quite simply refused to protect our players. How Roberston didn't get a red card is beyond me in particular.

    If Gary Hooper is out for a long time, that is a disaster for us. The thought of Samantha being in the team for the next few weeks depresses the * out of me.

    I have a feeling if Hooper is out for a while, either we'll bring someone in or Maloney will play in an attacking midfiled role just behind Stokes, which wouldn't be too bad in my opinion.
