    Are you a ned / skanger/ or chav? Lets be a bit honest. Lots of celtic supporters are. Not all neds etc are bad people. Just wondering how many of you would come forward and admit that you consider yourself one or have been called one in the past etc. Please no haters. Just a silly thread here not meant to be taken seriously.

    Same thing, chav is English word for ned. Never heard skanger before, but it'll prob be the same.

    I wouldnt say i was a ned, but i used to like drink on the streets and "go up the fighting" etc from when i was about 12-16. That isn't a ned imo.

    Imo, a ned is someone who either doesnt go to school or is unemployed and goes about stabbing people etc, robbing houses, gets the jail every weekend. I don't think that just because you have a wee drink with your mates it makes you a ned, or even like fight with people from other areas.

    Most people I know, and probably a good few people on this forum have either drank outside or fought with another group of people but that doesnt make them a ned.

    Probably when someone sees a group of people outside somewhere with a booze they would automatically say "look at they neds" but they're not doing any harm are they? They're just having a laugh with their mates, but obviously there's some people who are out looking for a fight etc, but that wasnt me.

    No, I pride myself on being as opposite to a ned a spossible.

    I went to school, never drank in the streets, don't fight, don't go near ned stereotypes like tracksuits, bucky etc.
