Nah not really man. Ferguson annoys me to *, but I don't have any real gripe with Man U.

Thing is, a few weeks back when United were miles in front, I had a feeling and stuck £100 on City to win the league. My delight today is a mixture of "City deserved it after about 50 shots on goal", and "I'm in the fokin money."

 

Very good but you know fine well the debt was the yanks buying the club.

Utd were debt free before the glazers came, infact probably the best run club in the UK then the glazers came and took out huge loans up to 800million quid to takeover the club, hence the debt, they take money from the clubs revenue to pay off the debts and interest payments which is why utd cant afford to go all out on big name signings every year like madrid/Barca.

 

why would they be daft enough to let people like that take over the club but?

Anyway well done to City for spending a billion quid to win the league .

 

Who knows, i think because glazers have got alot contacts and therefore probably promised to expand the utd brand via sponsership deals which they have done tbf, utd are a much bigger brand now than they were before the glazers. Because of this when the glazers sell utd they'll walk away with a massive profit if the glazers sell all at once, and the club will be debt free. Im not certain thats why they let the glazers do it though thats just my opinion, utd were a PLC at that time so there wouldve been alot of parties involved.
