Wishful thinking that utd could catch city on goals, * toothless. Only an almighty collapse from city will stop them from winning the title. Utd beating sunderland is a tall order aswell.

 

He said earlier this season that hes still 2/3 more seasons in him, wants another CL i think. I dont see city getting much stronger than they are tbh but i do see utd, chelsea, arsenal etc getting stronger as they have alot more room for improvement.

 

Mancini superb today. Substitutions were inspired.

Almost as inspired as me sticking that £100 on City a few weeks back, when Man U were looking home and dry.

Quite sneaky though...

Was Tevez, Silva and Nasri who started instead of Dzeko, Richards and De Jong.

 

You could also add in a £30 million Berbatov aswell.

 

Tevez £28million, Silva £24million and Nasri £22million. Instead of £45million for the other 3 would mean the City team cost £21million more.

I didn't think the spending was that close.. City played well today nearly there beating utd twice and play the better football they deserve it tbh.

 

Obviously theres a few notable exceptions like the 24m for silva, 25m for tevez, 24m for nasri, 22m euros for ballotelli etc but i guess them players never start for city. But atleast they paid for them using money that came from the huge revenue they have which comes from their massive GLOBAL fanbase theyve accumulated over years of success which started from 1968 and finished in 1968, and then the huge gate receipts they get every week, and major sponsership deals theyve aquired because their such an historic club afterall ........ !!
