have you even seen 'El clasico' atmospheres? Pathetic to say the least. United set up for the draw thats why the game was how it was.

There was 35 goals in the Premier league this week hardly *.

I will laugh if Man City drop points on Sunday now.

Enjoyed it too, thought City deserved the win. They had the upper hand for most of the game and could have sneaked another goal as they had a few half chances. Utd never really kicked a ball and even at the end when they usually put severe pressure on teams they never really got out their half.

Newcastle game should be a belter!

Think City should go on to win it now and if they do itll be well deserved as they came back from 7? points and are the best team down there.

the little spat between mancini and ferguson was about as bad as lenny and mccoist's last season, and i guarantee we don't hear another word about it.

What a let down that game was, Man United were very poor and Man City were average. Good header from Kompany and nice wee * fight between Fergie and Mancini, not much else worth comment.

Couple of weeks back when Man U were way in front, I put £100 on City to win the league, cos I felt the present United team lacked the quality & conviction of champs (which in fairness a number of previous Man U sides have had).

Citeh were somewhere between 5 and 6 then, and they're strong odds-on now - 1/2.

But in my humble, this title race is far from over.

Know how many home games Newcastle have lost this season? Two. And they're playing for a Champions League spot.

If they even take a point against City, all United need to do stumble over the line is beat Swansea and Sunderland.

I've just laid off my £100 liability on Betfair at 1/2. Might even lay off some more if I have a bad feeling before Sunday. Cos this is still right in the balance...

Can someone please explain to me what the difference is between this:

[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1xkRvBJaRs8&feature=related"]celtic v rangers neil lennon and sally mcmoist spat - YouTube[/ame]

    and this

[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HuavkeQMcyk"]City v United managers have a go, Sir Alex Ferguson & Roberto Mancini fight - YouTube[/ame]

not a great video of the Ferguson and Mancini spat but Ferguson was just as animated as Lennon and McCoist. Yet todays game will be labelled a great ad for English football and a match played in great taste etc. etc.

The Celtic and Rangers game meanwhile is a shame-game

    Mancini is a likeable guy.

The way he's answered the media as of late has been class, he's removed all the pressure from his players and they have thrived lately.

Rubbish. There are nervous in every big game, but there is still an atmosphere, if anything nerves make it better

Yeah, despite all the crap in the media in recent weeks, from Man U ex-player rentamouths trying to destabilise him, he has kept his head, and I've developed a kind of admiration for him that I just don't have for Ferguson.

That's part of the reason I'd like to see City lift the trophy.

(OK, the £X00 quid in Betfair plays a part too...) :56:

They ddint show it right if you only seen Mancini doing it, because it was Fergie that did the gesture first, and Mancini retaliated. Was it MotD you seen it on?
