OK, I haven't posted the details of the draft clearly enough. Hairytoes is first, so he'll pick a player. Say it is John Terry. I would take 5 Million away from his 50 Million budget and then it's greendave's turn. This will go on till everyone has spent their 50 Million or has picked 16 players.

 

Make it fairer by changing the order of pick like when all 16 players have made their first pick instead of Hairytoes having first pick all of the time, make it whoever picks last gets to pick first in the next round of the draft.
