I'm sorry but that just sounds like a cop out - "it's not their fault" type response to justify their actions, it is difficult but it is not impossible to improve your life, even if you come from the most socially deprived areas, it's not as though the people rioting have nothing it's just that they want more with them it's all about "me, me, me"

They saw an opportunity to get some things for themselves and took it, they didn't want to work for it, they thought they were entitled to it and so just went ahead and took it.

There are plenty of people on this very forum who have grown up in some of the most socially deprived areas of the UK but have not resorted to this wanton destruction.

 

Heard on the radio today between 300/600 was being sent down.

I'm not pro shooting everyone but you seem to slate every post that mentions blasting them all to *. What alternatives can you offer. I'm not trying to be cheeky or anything I'm just curious about what you'd do to stop it all?

 

Someone from West Belfast advocating the presence of the British Army and the use of rubber bullets, it doesn't get much more bizarre than that. Must have a very short memory.

The Brazilian guy was shot at a time of crisis in the U.K after the 7/7 bombings, it was a big mistake shooting him as he didn't have a gun I agree but thats got heehaw to do with these riots.

It's fact that guy in London had a gun and imo he deserved to be shot if he was refusing to drop it.

this thread shows what's wrong with today's society. human lives don't count anymore, only wealth and material things do.

people want other people to be killed because "they are scum".
