Kenny Miller

The sad thing with Kenny Miller is he could score a barrel load of goals in the Spl,i mean it is *.But somehow he has buckled to the pressure that comes with being an Old Firm Player.Its ashame that its his own mind thats holding him back.But Its a big part of the game - the psychology

 

I don't think it's anything to do with psychology the problem is that most sides defend deep against us and his pace is which is about his only asset is neutralised.Never seen a player get so much support from fans but it's not happening for him and it doesn't look like it will either.
Mebbe against Milan who will defend higher up the pitch and whose defenders are all about 50 he might do something but it's not gonna work out for him in the SPL.He's nowhere near good enough.Shame but it's essential that we get a quality striker in to partner JVOH

 

I'd pay Newcastle to take him.

 

Sorry to harp back a few months ago but I and others pointed out then that he has never at any time in his career been a great or natural goalscorer. Why should some be surprised now? He's doing now what he has always done - lots of effort and only the very odd goal.

 

we better not tell newcastle that kenny miller sucks. And this thread is doing that.

Lets hope he moves down south and at a good fee and good qualifies as free.

Miller is a good player . I would like to see what he would do in a more central midfield position. Put him in a game and he would run his heart out. Defenders hate that and his assists cant be bad either.

 

I'd prefer Darren O'Dea up front than Kenny. If someone takes him for 2 mil I'll have * with myself.

 

Without doubt Kenny Miller is the footballing equivalent of a souffle..

you can put all the right things in, but still might not happen for ye.

I would love him to be good, he has all the raw attributes but has that debilitating mental block when in front of goal. Once tennis, golf, or snooker players get it they're in trouble, and it's a similar story with our Kenny.
