They are some of the nicest people on earth. I have never know a Canuck who was a complete * except for a few in Quebec and Toronto Maple Leafs fans who are delusional as * when it comes to hockey. Ive been to the country many times and I love it I have family in St.Johns,NB. Has anyone here been to Canada also what are your thoughts and impressions of them.

Maple leaf fans are hard core.Went to see the Indians play Blue Jays (Blue Jays Fans are fun as * great fans!) Went to Wayne Gretzky's bar and grill after for dinner. Game 7 of the leafs vs devils (2001) was on(the bar was pack tighter than sardines)..... the devils went up by a goal my father in law turns to me and says LETS GO! We gather up the family and leave ........torches and pitchforks were the only thing missing when the game ended!

I love their passion for the sport. I wish I was in Vancouver during the game 7 riots earlier this year.

used to get a lot of them coming down to Florida when i lived there years ago, they were all pensioner typs down for the winter but they always used to talk to us cause we `re Scottish.

Canada has some great sports hockey, lacrosse, the CFL go Saskatchewan!!! and soccer. Soccer is starting to be as popular as hockey in the youth level. I wonder how hard it must be to play it in the Yukon.

Haha I am starting to call "soccer" football now. But when i am around people who dont know the difference i have to call it soccer for example: The Green Bay Packers are the kings of the Football world right now, you would be able to now its from the American game because of the team name. Also the name Celtic Football Club sounds way better than the Celtic Soccer Club.

Im not sure but I think its just instinct. I can easily tell the difference between someone from Minnesota and Manitoba, both accents are very similar.
