Very impressive performance yesterday for the first game. Zaluska had * all to do but done the simple things quite well. Looked confident coming out to collect the ball form crosses apart from one occasion. Nearly * myself when i saw Loovens was starting but thought he had a very solid game although i still wouldn't feel safe with him as a regular. K.Wilson was very impressive. I love a centre back who can play a bit but he also has a bit of pace about him. Him and Maj would be a great partnership imo. Kayal was Kayal and Ki was brilliant. His passing was perfect and he took his goal very well. Hooper and Stokes were not their usual selves but they will only get better. Good performance and it can only get better

Great start to the season Ki was outstanding hope he really kicks on this season the lad has everything in his locker to be top class.

Big K Wilson was fantastic great start to life at the hoops i hope he can continue this type of form all season .

We played some great stuff but still felt we barely made many chances or worked the keeper hopefully this will improve with the lads getting more games under their belts .

3points clean sheet can not really ask for a better start to the season.

Ki played a blinder yesterday, what a performance from the lad. Totally controlled the midfield area along with Kayal and without him, it would have been a much tougher encounter. Hibs looked up for it right from the kick off and there were a few moments when I thought they could have nabbed a goal or two.

As for their fans chanting "WATP", I'm surprised at this. I always thought Hibs supporters would be on our side, considering they are the Catholic team in Edinburgh. * them though, don't really give a toss what the Hibs supporters do. They're just a wee Scottish team.

I'm a bit late with this as I could't get on for most of yeasterday and earlier today. What was the matter there?

Anyway I had to make do with the tv in spite of the fact that it's my long weekend off but I'm skint and by all accounts tickets were very hard to come by......for us, that is!

Well taken goal by Stokes and a decent second half performance. I think our midfield is stronger than any other, in fact we could have an entire midfield missing and replace them with another four which would still be better than anything else in Scotland [yes I do include Brown in that lol]

We were a bit lacklustre at times but a good three points.

The Wilsons, Ki, and Hooper[in spite of the pen' miss] were good as was Forrest when he came on. I thought Kyal was quiet in the first half, better the second.

    Good win:50:

I thought Brines was very poor and i'm not just talking about the Wilson goal, overall he looked uncertain and gave a few strange decisions.

Wilson's goal should definitely have stood mate. TV replays showed that he was right on line with their defender when the ball was played and there were no other Celtic players interfering with play.

No matter though, it's getting kinda blown out of proportion now. We got the three points and that's the main thing.

Hibs should have had the indirect free kick at the end aswell. Admittedly, it was a pass back from Loovens and I can understand why they were furious when they didn't get it, even though it wouldn't have made much difference to the game.

*puts green tinted specs back on* :icon_mrgreen:

I'd have to go back and watch it again to be honest mate, but when I watched it live yesterday afternoon, I was sure he willingly passed it back and I think many others thought the same.

Like I said, it wouldn't have had an effect on the game anyway. It happened in the 92nd minute or something.
