    Izzy is a fantastic player but he's had 1 good season in the SPL and now he is worth 10-12 million can some people explain themselves as he's not played in the CL or anything ???

    Because he's a Honduran International with World Cup experience, and in his first season overseas he managed to sweep all of the SPL's end of year awards. Plus he plays LB, a position notoriously difficult to find top players for.

    I would be gutted if we sold him for any less than 10 million. What's the point in giving him away for 6.5 million to Man Utd, they can afford to pay more!

    * me off that teams in the EPL are more than willing to throw * tons of money at eachother for their star players, but think they can take OUR star players for pennies. If Utd come in for him and he has his heart set on leaving then so be it, but 6.5 million, if true, is an absolute joke of an offer and Celtic should tell them to * off. 16 million was it, for Phil Jones? JOKE.

    I'd take £9 million if it was spent on the squad. Get rid of the dead wood for about £4 million and hopefully the board will cough up £3/4 million and leave us with a healthy transfer budget to go out and buy some quality players.

    If Man Utd do want him then he'll go and i'll be happy to see him go as he'll be class for them and give us a better reputation when Kayal is eventually sold.

    I would be unhappy at £6.5million though even though its over 10x what we paid for him. If he played for Everton you could be the price would be £15million+

    Id want Celtic to hold out for at least £9million, especially as its Man Utd and theyve spent £17million on fat Phil Jones!!!!!

    If United do put a bid in for him and he wants to go, i wish him good luck its only natural to want to play at the biggest stage possible. Albeit i dont want him to go on the cheap and they must pay up.
