Brisbane Roar finished top of the league and beat Central Coast in the grand final. Went 28 games undefeated too. Best A-League team we've had in our 7 year history. They were so good they had some calling them... wait for it... 'Roarcelona'.

Do you think Smeltz will be a good signing for Perth?

Smeltz would be a great signing for any team. Will be interesting to see how he links up with Robbie Fowler.

How many games do they broadcast in the US? Never really thought about how much exposure we get outside of Australia.

Aussie Rules is alright, not a huge fan but I don't hate it. Would rather real football any day of the week.

Usually a game or two as their game of the week for A-League.

Perth can gtf tbh... Never really rated them and know a few of their supporters who are knobheads lol. A-League fixtures came out today and Adelaide play Perth away in round 1. Seriously considering doing this trip.

    PS. caaarn the crows.

Never been to Newcastle away, never really had any interest to visit there. Have been to games in Gosford though.

I loved Eugene Dadi when he was at Perth. Beast of a man:icon_mrgreen:

Think I will try and follow the A-League a bit more this season.

Has any other clubs mad any big 'Marquee' signings?

Not too many new ones I can think of. Jets signed Socceroo and former PSV player Jason Culina. Adelaide are struggling to hold onto our Argentine midfielder Marcos Flores. I think he's recieved massive offers from clubs in Japan, Korea and Qatar.

They're the team I dislike the most. Great supporters, but really dislike them.

Not much here tbh mate, its a city built as a coal port for the hunter valley so its not overly fancy. High percentage of bogans, with the main landmarks being a fort and a giant *.
