    I'd also rather win £1million myself than win the SPL titles but would chose Celtic winning the Champions League over the £1million.

    Not even a doubt, Europe the benchmark!

    To be champions of Europe again would mean everything.

    Working in London, I love drumming it into my Chelsea, Arsenal and Spurs colleagues that no London club has ever been Champions of Europe and they hate it!
    Long may it continue and if we could add another European Crown it would be unbelievable!:shamrock:

    Although I'm all for Hun-bashing, this is a common used line that isn't true - the league didn't start till 1890.

    The huns bought their titles with money they didnt have and have cheated the system with under Murray, so i dont think their 54 is a great achievement and they started before us!

    I love this picture of Larsson, they should have let him keep that trophy himself as he won that game for Barca!

    Could you imagine Kris 'has a better spl record than larsson so he is better' Boyd turning up in the champions league final with Barca, comes off the bench and wins the game for them? NO!! :56:

    Champions of Scotland pretty much goes unnoticed outside Britain and Ireland.

    Champions of Europe (which is actually of the world) is the real deal.

    Winning the Champions League.

    I've seen Celtic win the SPL, I've never seen them win the Champions League. There is also far more prestige and money involved in winning the Champions League.

    No brainer.
