    Sounds a good young player , we do need another defensive cm for when kayal is injured, Ledly and Ki are player makers, and I see brown as more of a rm
    could perhaps play cb as well ?

    Because:

    Juarez isn't rated by Lennon.

    Brown is in the last year of his contract & as yet hasn't signed a new one.

    Kayal is wanted by teams in the Premier League and will go sooner than later.

    Ki is apparently wanted by Liverpool.

    McGinn isn't good enough.

    Maloney is injury prone.

    McCourt is inconsistent.

    he'll be a player to cover Kayal. we don't have a player at the club that can do that. we sorely miss balance when Kayal is out. hopefully Wanyama can do this.

    hopefully Juarez, Ljungberg, McGinn and McCourt will be for the off. wouldn't mind Juarez going out on loan but the others can go for good imo.

    whats ur problem man? everyone here is taking what they've heard about the boy in STRIDE and are hopeful. its what any fan of any club of any nation would do. as has been pointed out - we had never heard of kayal or izaguirre or even henrik before they signed.

    if you must be a pessimist forgive your fellow celtic fans for trusting in a recruitment team that has brought so much more to the club than mowbray and strachan ever did. don't you think THEY at least deserve your trust?

    see it like this - would you be happier if the boy turned out a flop and you were right from the start (although * only knows how) OR the boy turns out a gem and he always had your backing?

    he will be the first kenyan to ever play in the british isles. from a country that has never graced the world cup, at 20 years old that at least deserves a withholding of pessimism.

    Seriously I haven't ever seen him play but Lennon has made some superb midfield signings - no one knew about Kayal this time last year and look how that turned out. Im excited at this prospect, £1m isn't very much for someone with such potential.
