So I am a * because I am Nothern Irish? That is racist.

I realise that there are problems with my country, but I love my country and I will not allow others actions to stop me from loving my country.

Yeah I sorta knew what you meant in the sense that it has more social importance. Of course it does. More than many clubs in the world. Because of the history.

That said, we do agree, that a fan of any team can love their team just as much as celtic fans love celtic. But then, they don't have that social focal point in their clubs. Or, maybe they do but for a lesser or different purpose, not so much solidarity- but going along for a drink and to share sumit with yer mates etc....

    No.

Well, it does so deal with it.

I don't care what others believe. How do you think some Celtic fans feel when they are standing next to a person who may have supported the IRA and all the horrible things they done.

I am not Irish. My passport states that I am a citizen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Nothern Ireland.

I don't think you did answer the first point at all. You made some vague statement about accepting all comers. You know fine well that the Butchers Apron has been hijacked by the Huns so that is why it is not wanted at Celtic Park(amongst other reasons). The colours don't exactly fit in either do they?

Why don't you tell people you're a Celtic fan when you go to watch Northern Ireland then? It wouldn't have anything to do with the fact that you'd get your head stoved in would it? Remember, some of your 'countrymen' aren't all that welcoming either.

Why? I thought Celtic was a club open to all. But it seems to me that if you are proud to be Nothern Irish, a country in which the current Celric manager represented, you are banned from being a Celtic supporter.

Butchers Apron? I believe it is commonly known as the Union Jack.

Why does it matter what club I support when supporting my counrty?

No, that's not true. You are not banned from being a Celtic supporter no matter where you come from.

If you don't understand why folk are challenging you, an apparent Celtic supporter, on your love for the illegitimate statelet which is Norn Iron, and your union jack love in then I think you need to go and brush up on your history.

The IRA who fought for Irelands freedom? the wind that shakes the barley is on filmfour this week i suggest you watch it and see who did the horrible things. the same IRA who fought so Catholics were not being burnt out of their homes could vote could get jobs and have a better life? do you agree with catholics being second class citizens? since your from the occupied 6 do you feel its right certain people should be treated differently than others because of their religion?

did you join in with the abuse Lennon suffered at the hands of your "loyal" buddies when he played international football? how do you feel that your hero david healy played the flute as a celebration when he scored a goal a symbol of the orange order? i presume you know what a bigoted organisation that is since your from ireland!

your irish mate and if you cant see how celtic has strong roots and links with ireland especially since you are from ireland your an idiot. im pretty sure your a hun on the windup so ill leave it at that TIOCFAIDH AR LA!:ireland:

Don't worry little man, you're from the same island as me, you're Irish. You can say otherwise, but you'll always, always be Irish, no matter what :celt_2:
