Former Ireland captain Keane’s 2002 autobiography states: “I’d waited long enough. I f***ing hit him hard. The ball was there (I think). Take that you c***. And don’t ever stand over me sneering about fake injuries.

It would actually be quite funny if he was allowed to start a thread where only he was allowed to post in it once a day. Im sure even he would see the funny side of it :icon_mrgreen:

Let him off the hook? Do you really think Sally would have even tried to walk into Keane's technical area?

Sacked as manager? Why? McCoist would have been the aggressor in that situation.

I've no doubt we'd probably see sections of our support wanting him sacked right enough.

We all know the members on here who would be calling for his head, we don't need to name names. :56::56:

Sacked? If Keane decked Sally surely the first thing to be done would be a statue of him outside CP.

If Lenny socked Fat Sal when they had their tiff my man love for him would have probably have at the very least quadrupled.

I don't think Lennon would ever have done that, whereas Keane is a bit of a mentalist.

Celtic offered Roy Keane the job.

Seems I was very wrong this summer in defending Lawwell and his assertion that Keane was never offered the job. Keane has confirmed he was. :54:

Technically Lawwell never lied on this one.

He didn't offer Keane the job.

    Dermot however did.

Does Keane have any track record of lying?
