dunno if it would be described as being bitter as such, but he was * off not to get the number 2 job at old Trafford and there after the top job, obviously fergie new keane wasn't as good as he thought he was

It's interesting if you look at Keane and Lennon. They both played in the same position, Keane had the greater player career, and to date Lennon is probably going to be the better management career.
Keane is a bit of a loner, and probably will look to do the Alan Hansen pundit spot instead of Managing.

He lives in a world full of his own self importance, having become a sad caricature of what the media portrayed him to be.

His style of punditry is better than your average media yes-man, but doesn't compare to the likes of Clarence Seedorf, or even Gary Neville who offer real insight. He basically just takes the popular opinion and argues against it with no coherence until blue in the face.

I don't think him criticising Celtic cones into the fact people don't like him. He criticises everything. Imagine someone with his personality being on your life, whether it was your friend, a colleague or a family member. There's no doubt you would think he's a * with an ego problem.

Like the majority of you, maybe he's just a Celtic fan that's * off when we're losing. We played better than Karagandy away from home and still lost - But I seen you all saying a lot worse things than Keane has with Milan or Barca.

Good point. I see plenty of people on here saying far more uncomplimentary things about Celtic, or Celtic players, than Roy Keane does.

Do they all hate Celtic too?

How hard can Roy Keane possibly be anyway? he a wee nyaff, there's nothing of him. If he carried on the way he does out on a Saturday night in Glasgow he's get * destroyed.

    Silly *, isnt impressing anyone.

Is there actually any evidence that Keane boxed? I mean all amatuer boxers are carded. Is it just hearsay much like the rumour that 50 cent won the golden gloves?

Regardless he's hardly going to be "hard as *" :smiley-laughing002: just because he might've boxed as a kid. He was a premiership footballer and a very very good one at that. Compared to other premiership players he may well have been tough. There's no real evidence that he's some sort of legendary hard man though.
