Excited for this one! I will go mad if we win the treble, and that will start with Sunday!!

Think there's no need to typ my line-up because it will be the same as the most line-ups here:icon_mrgreen:

    3-1 Celtic:shamrock: Mon the Hoops

Same line up as most .....but I'd play Hooper just in behind Sammi & get Sammi to play on the front foot ....Hoops can burst past Sammi & onto his lay offs & flick on's .

Sammi always has two of the orcs on him when the ball is near him ...giving Hoops space .

I feel worried about this for some reason...

I want Stokes in for Samaras and bring Sammy on if we need to stretch them.

Obviously \o/ in for Ki and Wilson in for Juarez. Preying Rogne is back for this because if Loovens is there... :87:

I fancy Samaras to get the opener, and then Naismith or Diouf to get sent off for the huns with Kayal getting the goal that seals it and starts the party at Hampden.

The Lenny factor being one of seeing him banned from the dug out will be a huge motivating factor for the team. They will fight to have him lift the cup and give a right GIRUY to the SFA.
Big Johann and Thommo will have this scenario drummed into them before they leave the tunnel.

    Forster
    Wilson, Rogne, Mulgrew, Izzy
    Brown, Kayal, Ledley, Commons
    Hooper, Samaras.

I would prefer Stokes and Hooper but it is clear Neil will go with Sammy, just hope he performs.

We have a settled team that virtually picks itself. So I see no point in listing my pick as the same team is allover these pages. This is probably the first time since the MON era that some many fans are in agreement re the team selection.

I'd go same team as in the 3-0 game, but with Rogne in for Maj.
I'm not as confident as I might have been, our performances since the 3-0 game haven't been great. However, we have had a fair bit of controversy since then, as well as the team changing around a little bit. Also, the huns have been pure gash reacently, they were dominated by us in the cup, then by PSV, and were even lucky to come away with a win against Kilmarnock.
Realistically, I'd say 2-0 Celtic. Ideally, a repeat of 1957 would be nice... ;)
    Oh Hampden in the sun...

The team really picks itself, if Rogne's fit then i imagine he will get the nod, between our full-backs, strong midfield and good attacking options i feel we'll have too much for them :shamrock:

Just don't want to feel to overconfident for this, people going for big wins, can't look that far ahead, if bartley is out and so is weiss then thats good because celtic have trouble dealing with pace which weiss brings and bartley doesn't look a bad player tbh.

I think we need to remember an injured enemy is far more dangerous than we might think, going to need to be ultra careful we don't start slow and allow the huns confidence from any slack start, get in about them quickly grab and early goal in the first 20 mins then their confidence should lessen. Hooper and sammy or stokes need their shooting boots on and finish the chances we get.

Not going to predict the game but if we play to our capability we certainly have a very good chance of winning the first piece of silverware this season.

Read on twitter tonight that rogne will definetly be in the starting 11 and loovens wont even travel with the squad, hopefully both are true. With bartley out and the possibility of laffalot and weiss also out it gives us a big advantage. Is the wee diving rat naismith still out or is he back for them?

Hopefully we are talking about the football after the game and celebrating a trophy and not crowd trouble and stuff like that. Anyway, I would keep it pretty much the same as the other day with obviously Brown and Wilson coming in, I think this team will start:

    26.Forster

    12.Wilson 22.Loovens 21.Mulgrew 3.Izaguirre

    8.Brown(c) 33.Kayal 16.Ledley 15.Commons

    9.Samaras 88.Hooper
    Subs
    24.Zaluska
    10.Stokes
    18.Ki
    20.McCourt
    49.Forrest

Celtic 2-1 Rangers Georgios Samaras and Kris Commons for the Bhoys and Steven Naismith for them.

Would rather Rogne played if i'm being honest but I think Lennon will opt for Loovens
