I truly hope Lenny would not leave, but if he did, what about Big Mick McCarthy. If Wolves get relegated, he might be willing to come here. I love the football Wolves are playing, though they are often getting beat due to the lack of quality. They refuse to play anti-football just to stay in the EPL. I respect that.

If things get worse for Neil I wouldn't mind him leaving....or would even hope he did leave, however why would we want a manager who has just relegated his team? Big Mick's not for me. Ideally Hiddink or someone who had a real pedigree. Would not mind Sam Allardyce either...he did not get a fair crack at Newcastle.

We will not get a new manager, and i woulnt want one. I agree word for word with what murphy88 and Kemosabe have said, if Lenny is forced to leave then Celtic clearly have no place in Scotland. No support from the SFA/SPL, the police are not doing their job, Rangers FC have not realeased any kind of statement saying that their so called "fans" doing this are a complete disgrace to thier club, and the media are hounding Lenny at every opportunity they get. The man is stressed to the max and the only people who are trying to help him out are us. Only in Scotland.

If Lenny were to go I would go back to my original choice of Craig Levein.

Craig no strikers Levein? :38: No chance its no the Celtic way, if Neil does have to quit we should leave the spl and show Scotland up for the backword little country it is, and see how rangers enjoy playing against the 10 other diddy teams every week and if you think the crowds are bad now just you watch when the big bhoys leave and i think alot of fans would agree with me about leaving the spl we are bigger than them(spl). So my answer is no one i wont Neil Lennon and if he cant be then we cant be. In Neil Lennon We Trust! HAIL HAIL

Well someone has to be the idiot that sticks his head above the parapet so.....

As much as i agree with the sentiment of the post....and i do wholeheartedly, but it is a ridiculous post.If he goes we go...is that it?Pull the plug on Scotland???The Scottish league would probably collapse to a very low level if we left but that is never going to happen so why say it.Where are we going to go??You dont just walk away and join somewhere else.It doesnt work like that...on any level. Also, the club is worth a lot of money so the owners are hardly going to throw it away are they?So will we just disband the club?

Lennon has got us all going this season now after such a letdown of an autumn.....but he is no legend yet.He has won what????He might end up a great manager but give the guy a break and some breathing space.Comments like that are perhaps meant to show solidarity behind the guy, but that is too much pressure to inflict on him.Calm down.

Neil Lennon achieved Celtic legend status years ago.

I dont think we would have any problem getting a manager if we needed one. However we are not in need of a new manager. Lenny never once mentioned leaving, all talk of this came from the media who want him to leave as much as the hun bigots. The medias roll has been every bit as bad as the bigots sending the death threats.

Hopefully Lennon stays but if he goes i'd want Alan Thompson to take over.

NEIL LENNON IS A LEGEND HE WAS PART OF THE TEAM THAT TURNED CELTIC BACK TO WINNING WAYS AFTER THE HORROR SHOW THAT WAS THE 90S FOR YOU TO SUGEST THAT NEIL LENNON ISNT A LEGEND IS BEYOND ME AND I HOPE IM NOT ALONE IN THE WON. LARSSON A LEGEN AND U WOULDNT DISAGREE, NOW JUST BECAUSE NEIL CONTRIBUTED IN A LESS ATTRACTIVE(BUT JUST AS EFFECTIVE) SHOWS YOUR NOT VERY GOOD AT OBSERVING THE GAME.

artur boruc#1 is correct in his statement the club will not fold if neil lennon has enough and leaves , there is too much money involved and where do we go? i think he is also saying lennon is no legend as a manager , yet, though he is showing promise and is currently doing very well ,time will decide how his status as a legend will be viewed :50:
