    Aw, Sabaton are great. Their topic for song material might not be everyone's idea of a fun time, but they have some pretty fantastic sing-along songs like Primo Victoria, Swedish Pagans and Metal Crue.

    Although if I'm honest I'm a little more excited for Eluveitie, been a fan of theirs for a while now, missed them last time round so I'll be making the most of this one by having a mosh/jig!.

    Another metal fan here. Tend to only listen to it live or in pubs n clubs these days. Don't really stick it on when in the house or whatever.

    I like three of the big four, not a Slayer fan. Far tOO samey for me. I like a band to evolve. Love MetallicA, fav band for me because I love heavy rock and love the bluesy country sound it's mixed with on the Load Sessions. In fact, the only TallicA album am not keen on is Death Magnetic or the EP Beyond Magnetic which I only just * discovered the other day.

    Came across this on YT. I don't think it's them coz at one point when the singer goes for it a wee bit, it's not Jim Hetfield, but rest of the song it's hard to tell.

    I * love Machine Head live. Seen them at the Barras a few times, so * gOOd!!

    Sepultura, Megadeth, Slipknot :p, Maiden (especially the two Paul Di'Ano albums), Korn, Dream Theatre, Alestorm (Scottish Pirate metal), Turisas (quality Finnish folk metal), Rhapsody (Epic tastic), Metal Church, Rage, System of a Down, Motorhead, Ministry, Cradle of Filth (they're my guilty pleasure :)

    I'm really really fussy when it comes to vocals, they need to be spot on for me. Can't listen to a singer I thinks only OK.

    Older stuff like Deep Purple, Zeppelin etc that were the original metals.

    Can't stand * * rock, ma mates love it. *.

    In the house I tend to listen to prog rock, blues, southern rock, country more. Floyd, Jethro Tull, Gong, Gentle Giant, Rush, Aye sorry Yes, Camel, Van Der Graaf Generator, Emerson Lake and Palmer and Loch Lomond etc.

    Yeah some people just can't get into that style of vocals, the musicianship is unbelievable though.

    I prefer Colors for some reason, still an amazing album though.

    Strange thing is, I listen to loads of music where the vocals are nothing but rabbling, screaming *. It makes me smile:icon_mrgreen:.
    Can't quite put my finger on it though. Maybe I judged to early. Go their discography so plenty of tunes to get through. :50:

    Colors is amazing, sun of nothing is probably my favourite BTBAM song.

    You might like this it is a cross between BTBAM and dream theater imo
