Larsson to Man Utd in January

Yeah, but there are differences between Keane going to us and Larsson to them such as:

1. Keane played for Manure and the time, Larsson hasn't played for us since 04'
2. Manure are still looking for a replacement for Keane and it's fair to say they still miss him at the heart of Midfield, we have got over Larsson, I'm not doubting we wouldn't take him back in a flash but we don't excatly NEED him.
3. Keane to us as far as I can remember was a permanent deal, Larsson to them is just a loan for 3 months. And Imo he's only went to fulfill playing in the Premiership and to keep up his fitness for when the Swedish Season re-starts.

 

delighted for henrik, hes my hero and im just happy at the chance to see him play again i always knew he wanted a stab at the prem and i hope manutd go on and win the leagur good luck to the king legend and for any people that say there respect has went down for him now need to catch a grip and repec wat the man has done for us hes entitled to everything he gets now no 1 person has worked as hard and been as proffesional in their career than henrik

 

Not good going to Man Utd, still hope they're knocked out of CL, but hope he gets goals against all those English sides.

Henrik Larsson will make over a million pounds for just ten weeks' work when he joins Manchester United in January.

The Swede will reportedly bank between £100,000 and £125,000 (150,000 - 185,000 euros) every week he is with the club, a wage that will mean he is the highest paid player in the dressing room.
The loan deal will see the striker play for the English club for three months before returning to his current team, Swedish side Helsingborgs, when their season begins in March. The two sides confirmed the plans for the transfer on Friday.
However, in the English newspapers there are opposing reports as to the actual fee he will be paid.
The Sunday Express reports Larsson has a guaranteed £500,000 (740,000 euro) signing on fee and can then double that depending on his success with the club.
However, The Mail on Sunday contradict that by saying he will simply receive £125,000 a week as his basic wage, topping Rio Ferdinand's reported £120,000 a week.
United are happy to pay as much as necessary if it helps them win the title, having gone six points clear at the top of the table on Saturday with a win over Middlesborough.
Larsson is expected to make his debut on New Year's Day when the Red Devils travel away to Newcastle United.
He is expected to stay until March but reports differ as to the exact date for his final match.

A swedish newspaper called Aftonbladet today reported that Celtic also tried to get larssons signature, but Strachan thinks he did the right thing not to sign, because of the risks to disappoint the fans.

He'll do well in the English Prem and United should feel honoured to have such a legend for the short time he'll be there.
Pleased for ya Henke, only team in England worth a toss. And I was at the Man U game and they were singing a song about the Busby Babes, NOT the Billy Boys. Least that's what I heard. Mind you, they hated us singing 'You'll never walk alone.'

 

I think the only thing that took larsson away from celtic was to play in the premiership to get more new medals and the amount of money he is being paid over 1.25 million overall 125,000 a week if man u are paying him that much he must be going to get a start
