    After what Peter Lawell said about improving our 'Global brand' it looks like Adu could be a serious signing target. Cant say ive seen much of him to comment on his ability but is he not supposed to be the next big thing acoording to the Americans

    Adu looks to be a good propect. But that's all he is. The Americans feel the need to have star names and now that their former Golden Boy Landon Donovan has proven to be a total flop in Europe and at the last World Cup Finals Adu is being hyped up as the big superstar of American soccer.
    Maybe he will turn out to be a top player but I would not get too excited by all the hype he is only 17 and hasn't actually done anything to warrant us spending big money on him.

    americans love americans, if they see that this kid has tallent they will follow him 100 percent. only way football is going to become popular in the states is for usa to have success in europe. adu could bring many fans to celtic and to the sport in america.
