Great all round performance from the team ..As last poster pointed out Forster was a bit suspect a couple of times , However i have said this before he is what 23 yrs old ? ..Goalkeepers only come into their prime after they are 25 ..This guy has shown great promise and will develop into a better player given time ..I personally hope we can keep him ..
On aanother note i thought Sammy was well in with a chance of MOTM yesterday , his running and never say die attitude was evident for all to see ...Izzy gets praise for doing this every week , covering the length of the field is no mean feat , Samaras did that and more yesterday , even with the game won at 3-0 he didnt give up on anything ..Gave us a great target for an outball every time ...Credit lennon for the tactics , overall i think he was spot on :50:

On another note that cheeky git Bougherra got booked for clapping at the ref for giving a decision against him ...(quite rightly) so why didnt he get another yellow for immediatley clapping the ref again for booking him ?????

    I just can't get enough.

What a day and what a result, I swear the hairs on the back of my neck have been up since 12 o'clock yesterday.

Monday is indeed a happy day!

Just woke up with a pretty stinking hangover after yesterdays celebrations, but nothing can take this smile off my face!!

We strolled it yesterday, and i thought we played pretty poorly (relatively to how we have been recently) in the first half despite going in at 2-0.

The team are fantastic right now, i thought Kayal and Ledley were great yesterday and wee Hooper just drove them nuts all day. Big Sammy worked his socks off and done well, and again Mulgrew was faultless, great decision to leave him in ahead of Rogne.

Hopefully we can keep our momentum going now and keep winning. Lets all enjoy this!

Even before we scored and they had possession,i thought we looked so relaxed. It was as though we were saying..."ok,you've got the ball..we can handle it,we know you wont do anything with it,and when we get it back....you are *!"I have not in a long time watched a game with such a sense of "knowing"we would win! In fact,to be honest,i am sort of disappointed we didnt go for 5 or 6.

I think man for man we were excellent yesterday, Lenny got his tactics absolutely spot on.

Kayal, Izzy and hooper are the future for Celtic :50:

Sammy deserves huge credit yesterday, he was absolutely immense and offered us a bit of height and held the ball up well and his skill near the end with the 360 turn nearly made me over excited.

It's in our hands now, keep winning and the spl title will soon be ours but we can't get too carried away, there is going to be a few twists and turns just yet.

Just been talking to a hun lad who I know via email, who had this to say on the match....

'I don't think you BATTERED us, I think you had a huge element of luck for the goals, 1st goal went though Mcgregor's legs, 2nd goal the keeper should have claimed and the 3rd goal was a routine shot with a tiny bit of swerve which should have been dealt with, luck went your way today...No Surrender'

    I replied with the following....

'Celtic possesion 60%, shots on target 6 to your 2, only stats you had over us was OFF target and the foul count :87: I don't know why im using stats, it was obvious to any one watching the game only one team were playing the football, your lot were chasing shadows for 90 minutes, we didn't batter you lot your right....We * destroyed you lot! Just like we did at your manky place with 10 men!!! Who was that old boy at the back for you today? The one with the grey hair and panting for breath after 5 minutes? Shouldn't he be playing bowls in the park at his age? Tell you what, if you beg Lennon and plead with him for forgiveness, he might let you take Murphy on loan, I know how much you lot love taking players with a one goal in ten games ratio...Which reminds me, how's Healy settling in?

Hopefully the next OF we might get a bit more of a challenge eh? Was hard to watch at some stages, whilst your 'Team' try hard to perfect the long ball game and kicking any opposition player that comes in sight, we are putting together a team which will dominate the spl for years to come. There is now a clear gulf in class between the two teams and even a self deluded die hard hun like yourself has to accept that, whilst you contine to sink deeper and deeper we are waving you down as we continue up on the Lennon trip to paradise.

By now you are probably reading this final part through your hands, desperate for some mercy and pity, luckily for you I have went 10 minutes without a drink and I need a refill and another dance to 'Lets all do the Broonie' so I wish you every success in your battle for 2nd place.

Hope you have a great night mate, I know I certainly will.

    Kind regards

    Gary Hooper

PS....I JUST CAN'T SEEM TO GET ENOUGH!!!!'

Still awaiting the reply, I felt bad...Not!!! He emailed up after we lost 3-1 at CP earlier in the season so revenge is sweet!

    That. Was. Sensational.

Whole team was excellent but Hooper, Izzy, Kayal and Sammy were immense!

Believe it or not i caught a bit of Radio Scotland yesterday after getting home from the pub; apparently Commons goal was because the "ball was out of shape" :56:

    stupid, skint hurtin' huns :icon_mrgreen:

The game and atmosphere was incredible. The whole team played out of their skins. Izzy, kayal and hooper in particular. What summed it all up for me was hooper breaking his neck to get into the box for the 2nd goal just the sheer determination alone fills me with pride to watch them play. Ledley was another one who had a brilliant game yet again, really showing the quality he is capable of. As for sammy, yet again a quality performance against the huns and i dont know why but they just cant seem to cope with him wither its his style of play or the fact that they just dont see him as a threat as much as they do hooper and just leave him i dont know but long may it continue. As for commons 2 goals in 2 games vs the shame and what looks to be a total steal for 300k.

The futures bright the futures celtic.

I can understand why the huns think that.. Obviously the colours were to our liking but that design of ball is horrible.. I think I've seen the same but yellow/blue in the EPL and it looks like it's burst when it's rolling and it also looks smaller than the standard size..

As Mcgregor was handed the ball by the ref before the teams came out the tunnel , you can clearly hear him saying "what the * is that"..

Still , it makes it even better that the hun hordes are deflecting the blame away from their manager and players.
