why cm? if davis can play there?

unless he's been subbed lol? But even so, I think the idea is for one of them to be holding, and the other to be roaming. Either way, yeah, it isn't working

    Or a footballer out a comic -

    "Barry Bannan's Boots"

Crikey, Barry's strange new boots are pure magic!
Strewth, you're right - he's bent that one like a banana!

Good performance by Scotland there. Commons looked excellent and took his goal well. Good for Mark Wilson coming on in the second half to make a well deserved Scotland debut. But best of all it was nice to see the huns get a tanking as really they were lucky it was only 3-0.

We looked pretty good but NI didn't give much of a match did they? Expected alot more from NI. Wish Commons was taken off coz i would rather he was rested for the Celtic.
Could have been more for us but a decent performance. Let's hope we don't get pumped of Wales and Irelenad now.

I was thinking before the game, this is actually the best Scotland team we've seen in a while.

Naismith looked like the only weak link on the teamsheet, and tbf he played pretty well...

Not a fan of Scotland but this is definetly the best Scotland side there has been in a very long time.

    Gk

Craig Gordan (One of the best GK in Premier League)
The rapist (Best GK in the SPL)

    RB

Alan Hutton ( Plays week in week out for Spurs or has when i've seen them)
Mark Wilson ( playing some of his best football of his career at Celtic)

    CB

Danny Wilson ( One of the best youngest Scotland have had in a long time and will be breaking through to the Liverpool squad very soon I think)
Christophe Berra (Plays week in week out for Wolves)
The Caldwells (One plays alot and the other more a back up but still a premier league club)

    LB

Phil Bardsley (Is Sunderlands first choice Left back playing week in week out)

    CM

Charlie Adam (One of the hottes properties in the Premier League, no doubt he'll get his transfer to Man U/Liverpool/Spurs)
Graeme Dorrans ( Plays week in week out for West Brom)
Scott Brown (Captain of Celtic/ playing the best football of his career)
James Mcarthur (Gets a game now and then for Wigan in the EPL)
Barry Bannan ( One of the break through at Aston Villa this season but appearances have dried up recent but very good prospect)
Darren Fletcher (One of Manchester United Key players would play for any EPL team)

    Wingers

Kris Commons ( Looking like first team choice at us starting to play his best football of his career)
James Morrison ( Plays week in week out for West Brom one of their key players)
    Steven Naismith (WEE *)
James Forrest (He should defiently be consider for the Scotland team as he is the best youngster in Scotland)
Robert Snodgrass (Huge fan of him, think he'll do a "Charlie Adam" (or at least a Dorrans))
Shaun Maloney (Getting back to his best before he got injured)

Strikers probly the biggest problem area)

Kenny Miller (Playing the best football of his career)
Steven Fletcher (Should be playing more for Wolves and Scotland)
David Goodwillie ( Wee * but very good potential)

I think thats probly the best Scottish team i've seen probly 98'.

    My starting 11 would be;

    Gordan
    Hutton D.Wilson Berra Bardsley
    Adam
    Dorrans Fletcher
    Forrest________Commons
    Miller/Fletcher
P.S. That side is probly a mid-table EPL in the "best league in the world). Think Scotland should do decent in the next few years if the manager is right

Definately like the look of the Scotland squad right now. Commons and Bardsley were standouts last night. Thought Hutton played well at right back, always gets forward alot. Snodgrass is a great wee player. Brown and Fletcher to come back in. Things may be looking up for the national side. :icon_mrgreen:
