Id play him every week, hes a fairly complete player for a teenager. At the start of the season he was excellent but since he's come back from injury he's lost a yard or two of pace and the spring in his step but he'll get that back the more he plays.

I think in 2/3 weeks time he'll be flying once again.

It takes time for a player, especially a teenager with barely 10 games to his name to get back up to speed after being out for 13/14 weeks.

Think the suspension might do him a favour, he'll come back hungry as anything after a wee break.

Young players, no matter how talented always need to be managed carefully.

Some people are going to look silly again, same as with Stokes.

Instead of letting form change an opinion people should look at the bigger picture, Forrest will be a star....there has been nothing since he has burst through into the side to disprove that fact other than patchy form after a serious injury.

Maybe not just yet, obviously have him as a first choice sub for this season. Definately a first team contender for next season if he keeps up the good work and shows his potential when given the chance.

Whether he is a regular starter or not if everyone is fit you can argue one way or another. But he is still just a kid not even 20 yet and clearly is someone who has shown this season that he is now an important part of our first team squad.
I would say also that we have to look at the fact that all or most of his games since his return from injury have been away from home on really terrible pitches. That certainly hasn't helped us see the best of Forrest or any of our wide players in recent games.

loved the look of the young lad to start off with but i fear that hes being rushed into the team before hes ready. Hes close VERY close but could be pushing him to fast this guy had bags of potential would hate to see him left to rot away its a very hard choice i would preferably use him as an impact sub for a season or so let him develope at a much more natural pace unhindered by pressure then i belive we would see better results

totally agree, he's done more in his short stint than sicknote has all season. If he's sent back to a life on the bench, it may have an adverse effect on the lad.I'd have him in the side until he's in need of a rest

He's only gonna get better. Young player that is the best we have now and should get better. His starting is the only good that came from McGeady leaving.

at the start of the season everyone was pugging over him, since the injury he has been not bad certainly not terrible but he will get back up there no doubt and whether he is ready or not we will get behind him anyway but its a resounding yes from me ran all day v hibs on sat so im looking forwaqrd to his next appearance!
