maloneys contract talks canceled

says in saturdays paper that contract talks hav been cancelled until January by maloney and he is 'on his way to Aston Villa'. why would he leave celtic for a team who are fightin for 6th, 7th place in the premiership?

 

And so is Balde is you believe the papers.

Couldn't give a * what the paper say when it comes to things like this. They are just trying to sell papers at the end of the day. Villa will finish further down the table btw

 

aye well accordin to the papers it says hes on his way to Villa and Martin Jol will give O'neil a 'run for his money' in tryin to sign him.

 

To be honest, I dont care what the chap does anymore. Seems like he's making excuses, changing agents just to stall the contract talks.

Maybe this is what he's after, a bidding war for him so he gets a nice high wage. If he was a true celt, a McStay type player, someone who really loves the club he wouldn't be trying this * to get a better wage. I think he's gone mercenary. I think those Player of the Year awards have gone to his head.

He is really * me off. I would tell him he sorts it by end of next week or its McGeady or Riordan for the left midfield spot and he becomes third choice.

I personally couldn't give a * whether he stays or not anymore........seems to me like his heart is no longer with Celtic!!

 

How quick people forget how good he is, some people who were at his feet last year are now saying they don't ive a toss about him. This is rather annoying and dissapointing, but we do need him because he's good and influential. And by the way, MON is really starting to get on my *, he seems bent on poaching our side!

 

Maloney will stay im almost certain...but the way he has played of late he doesnt even deserve a new contract

 

the guy has had one good season and now he reckons hes calling the shots. celtic deserve better because we could have booted him at the start of the last season as uptil that point he had achieved * all at celtic. We lost a star player in petrov this season but at least he came out and was honest that he wanted to leave and we got 7mil for him. I'm really * off because Shaun is one of our best players but an attitude like this is not acceptable.

 

could not believe when i read this in the papers this morning really thought he would sign a new deal ffs where is the loyalty with these players nowadays out injured for over a year and still getting a healthy wedge every week not to mention the best medical treatment available then turns around and throws it all back in celtics face i pay hundreds of pounds to watch players like him at the end of the day he couldnt give a * just another mercanary there is still time to do the decent thing shaun sign a new deal if in a couple of years you feel its time to move on fine you would go with my best wishes you would also help celtic recoup some of the hundreds of thousands of pounds they have spent on you if not walk away in jan and hang your head in shame

If you leave on a free transfer, that means that you'll get a bigger signing on bonus, in the millions because the other club didnt have to pay for the player. Not financial my *

 

am sick of players and agents trying to get the most its ma * money up front to watch these greedy * sighn now or * off

 

Also watch for Strachan dropping him to the bench more, because why would a manager persist with a player that may not be here next season. He's just lost his place to McGeady
