The ref Collum was the villain of the piece. Let them go in at half time 1-0 due to an offside goal, and then sent off Forrest very harshly IMO right after half time, denies us a stonewall penalty and books McGinn for diving., stupid tackle maybe with leg trailing, but never a red card. Why was Skelton never booked let alone sent off for a string of bad fouls throughout the game ? The 4-1-4-1 system would probably have worked tonight if it wasn't for Collum's bias and ineptness. Lenny was entitled to expect that if he had got a fair crack of the whip. We can look at the other deficiences in the team later, but I am actually relieved to have got a point after that shambolic refereeing by Willie Collum.

But the song does not make us suddenly great.

Like every other supporter, I want us to do well.

If songs won titles we would be great. But....................

    Managers win titles and ..........

    Don't hold your breath..

Remember the old saying in business...pay peanuts..get monkeys.

My anger is fading, I'm looking to bounce back, with a win at hibs, I hope brown plays against hibs, I also hope a new striker is in. Stokes and brown will have the hunger to beat there old club. Izzaguire was amense tonight, I actually think he could do a superb job at left wing, anyways, we should have won this game tonight, these honest mistakes are getting out of hand.

Not everything is the manager's fault. Injuries got us down to 1 fit striker. And Collum robbed us. Doesn't excuse the poor performance completely, but these factors were extremely detrimental to our cause. C. Thompson reffed fairly in the last OF. We won. Here we were robbed of 3 points.

Willie Collum is crap not biased. The guy is catholic, a Celtic supporter and is an teaches religion in a catholic school. I dont buy the idea he is under the spell of the SFA either. Why would he bother with refereeing?

sympathy for Lenny's treatment by the bigots but in football terms he has been very poor other than the OF game over the last few months. Many dropped points this season and several of the points we have won have been by the skin of our teeth against diddy teams. The OF win as a six pointer has paper over the cracks IMO. If that had been even a draw we would be staring into the abyss of 3 in a row tonight.

Thats it mate. Thats exactly, dust ourselves down and look forward. To be honest, I believed we would have lost when it was 80 mins+ but we got a draw so we take it. Loads of factors affecting the game but it was harder than others for us. Not very open. But lets move on

You'd think he'd be a fair ref. But no. Robbed us on the first OF of the season. Where as Craig Thompson, who was found out to be working in a company that repaired the pipes at Ibrox, and had a record of favoring Rangers in their games, and favoring our opponents in our games...refereed generally well. And we won against the Huns. Today, the ref might've been a Catholic, but he reffed like a Hun.

Lenny has been poor for many games- apart from the O.F. game?!

    Pick and choose.

More like the team have been porr in too many games- but not the O.F.

Can I also just point out that after the OF game I said we shouldn't get carried away, got absolute pelters for being 'negative' and told I should enjoy the win cos we are brilliant, we would destroy Rangers. Well well well, parties over lads.

Don't go by the fact that Collum is a Catholic, there are quite a few Catholics in the Freemasons, and it wouldn't surprise me that Willie Boy is one of them. Collum got fast tracked by Arch Hun Hugh Dallas through the referee fraternity, and Collum comes from Bridgeton, and His Dad drinks in the Bridgeton Hun pub the Park Lane.

And you are right. Willie Collum refereed like a hun tonight. In fact he was like Hugh Dallas.Confrontational and Bigoted.

If Im reading your post right and you mean immediately after the OF game had finished you were on here telling people not to get carried away with their celebrations of the victory , then they were in the right to give you pelters for not celebrating the day the same as the rest of us were doing , and feeling the need to * over everyone's parade in the process..

If that's not what you mean then oh well , I guess you can take the satisfaction of knowing all along there would be dissapointment ahead..

all the talk of bias refs, SPL wanting to hang us out to dry and wrong desissions have nothing to do with the perfomance we were shocking take off the celtic tinted glasses for a second and admit were no were near as good as we should be!

did people not watch the match he sent off 3 players 1 of ours 2 of theirs or did that minor fact go missing? the ref had a stinker of a match not for the 1st time this season and not just against celtic.

yeah but the fact his day job is teaching religion in a catholic school is not the career of someone who is indifferent to their background. I think he is just a very poor ref and perhaps tries too hard to appear unbiased. Kenny Clark was a huge Celtic supporter too. I am not saying there are not dodgy refs but sometimes I think we are making ourselves look like paranoid idiots when we start accusing tims who teach religion in catholic schools as some kind of undercover mason.

he's just a * referee. in this country, there isn't any other kind. summed it up when he blew the halftime whistle before the throw in. might want to wait til the ball is in play before you do that?
