The Brondby fans may be moaning about him but he's been their top scorer for the last couple of seasons by quite some distance, and only one of those goals was a penalty. He was also Brondby's player of the year the season before last.

if we're looking at scandanavian league strikers, theres 4 or 5 that are better and cheaper and younger than him

Fair enough re Gerrard, you should start writing posts with all the knowledge you have, makes for good reading. Much better than reading a person nitpicking at other fans posts and player suggestions

But they arent 6"7 though. I think that would scare teams in Europe.

Finnnybhoy is probably having a heart attack!his love child Stevie May is in Talks with Rotherham for £800k move! He would be worth a punt at that price to be fair:50:

A lot of us shout about needing someone who can perform in Europe and ironically that seems to be the arena in which May excels :icon_mrgreen:

Would love to see us bid for Maxime Lestienne, Not played for Belgium yet so i wouldn't imagine him costing much decent record for a winger aswell!

What we need is some cheap Norwegian players. Good rummage through the Scandinavian 10p bins.

He's a cracking player, but outwith our reach. You'd be talking upwards of 5m I think.

Any player from the Belgian league with any sort of profile would be beyond our means

    Lestienne, M'poku, Mitrovic, suarez etc.

for instance batshuayi joined marsielle for 5.2m
    Ezekiel went to * al-arabi for 7m
Vainqueur to dinamo moscow for 5.2m
Kouyate to west ham for 6.6m
    Bruno to Salzburg for 4.4m

Even if we were prepared to pay the transfer fee, we can't compete with these kind of clubs for wages.

When it comes to european football there are 3 levels of player.

-The household names who everyone knows about

-The names that only avid watchers of european football know about

-The names that only club scouts know about

we're shopping in the third level

Scott Sinclair up for £3m, would like that, but think he wouldn't come here.
Even tho he had a shocker last year I'd try for Wolfswinkel.
