I'd really like to see mulgrew given another go on the left side of midfield to do a similar job as gareth bale does for spurs (althought i'm not saying he is anywhere near as good as bale). He has a great left foot and final ball so we should try to use it more often.

Need to steamroller Berwick. Especially after the highs of winning at Ibrox.

I agree that we need to dispose of these guys easily tomorrow. There have been too many times in the past where we have been put out by the lesser teams and we can't afford to let it happen again tomorrow. Hope to see Freddie making his debut and maybe a wee run in the team for the players who don't usually get a place in the starting line up.

PITCH UPDATE

Friday 7th January 2011
With Berwick having avoided the worst of the weather, we don't foresee any potential problems. The pitch covers went on the pitch on Thursday which has preserved the playing surface, which is looking in good condition.

However, parts of the Shielfield car park remain in a "boggy" state consequently the club recommends that fans driving to Sundays game try to park locally and walk to the ground. Alternatively you may wish to park on the Tweedside Trading estate and walk through to Shielfield.

The club asks fans to be into the ground by 3pm.

 

As far as i know,the game is still on and that the covers for the pitch are on now,also there is 200 tickets for sale at sheilfield park at 8pm
