Couldn't watch the game as I'm on holiday but according to BBC we deserved our win, well in by lennon and the bhoys, boost the confidence and get a wee run going to bring the title home

McCourt was worker today, showed he can tackle and play 90 min. He has to start from now on. Played more like CM and could attack more, not his usual magic. His goal against huns will come and it will be beauty:)

You know what I mean.

Emilio with Mulgrew protecting him, gave the back 4 a much bigger chance of having a clean sheet.

4-5-1 with Paddy behind Sammy is what won the game today.

I hope Lenny has learned something today.

You don't need to go with 4 attackers to get a good result & you're more likely to get a clean sheet.

LEARN FROM TODAY LENNY!!!

It doesn't get any better than beating the monkeys on their own skanky patch.
Well done to ALL the players today and well done to the fans too - each & every one of you should be proud of yourself - minutes silence was impeccable, not to mention the 90 minutes of noise!!!
We need to celebrate this tonight and keep the smile on our faces for a long time to come but we do need to keep it going - keep winning and keep the pressure on them. Plus strengthen from a position of strength.
A couple of quality signings, with those coming back from injury and we should be looking at the first of many titles under Lennys management!!!
Hail Hail and a Hoopy New Year to all!!!!!

I agree with a few posts in here, our management can learn some valuable lessons about how to set up tactically today, we looked much more balanced, especially the defensive side to our game. I really hope that was a turning point in the season.

Well done again - I'm still buzzing!

 - did you really expect him to? It was miraculous enough getting the pen, regardless of how obvious it was to produce the card! One or two of the decisions today were a wee bit off but for the first time in a long time we're not talking about the ref. A lot of things went our way today and we're, almost, as happy as a hun humping his Mum! :icon_mrgreen:
