Our strongest X1, with everyone fit.

Every week we seem to see a different team, with differing success rates, and occasionaly a different formation. My question is, when everyone is fit and not suspended, what do you think is our strongest eleven?

We are overloaded in positions like central midfield so it will be interesting to see different peoples opinions on how they like to see the game played.

Playing like this we could pass and move well with players in the middle who are capable of spreading the play and making a 10 yard pass 99% of the time, it would give us fluidity going forward with the full backs being allowed to get forward and overlap to provide for Hooper in the box. I realise Kayal has only played a handful of games for us but I've seen enough to make me believe he is better than the overrated Scott Brown and Joe Ledley (who spends 90 minutes every Saturday playing hide and seek). I would have liked to see Crosas in there too, but I think in this kind of formation, it had to be either him or Ki, and with the way Ki has played this season it is impossible to drop him, I would however operate a rotation policy with these two, which I think would work well to keep them both fresh and hungry.

I would like to see us sign a new ball winning centre back as I feel that is our weakest position, with Majstorovic dropping out. Rogne has shown enough that he is the man we should build around at the back, and he has age on his side.

Paddy is in there, but it is reasonable to suggest that he will not be able to play every game, and this is another position that I would like to bring in someone else, as Maloney is alongside him, and he is another who is constantly missing games. Someone like De Rosario (who granted I have only seen on YouTube, but I like the look of) would be capable of this, Ljungberg too obviously would slot in nicely.

The team should be built around McCourt, Brown, Izaguirre, Ki and Hooper. They are the only reliable players.

Still haven't seen enough of Kayal.
