Was Man of the Match for me tonight, was sensational defensively.

 

Have to agree, best player on the park tonight easily for me. One or two wee dodgy moments but solid as * otherwise.

 

Defensively was superb, which was the most important thing.

 

Wouldnt say sensational, he was good but did get himself into a few nervy moments albiet he recovered nearly everytime. In general hes started the season well i think.

 

Without doubt he was our best.

Passing was terribly erratic at times, but defensively he was sound.

 

You guys must be joking! He missed the ball twice when trying to clear it. Literally missed it!. 'Cleared' it two yards further up the pitch for a throw for Elfsborg so many times. Brushed off the ball constantly and was caught out of position so many times.

 

I thought he was woeful.

 

Need a new left-back immediately. He hasn't been good enough since he came back from injury. Elfsborg were rubbish, against any half-decent teams, he will cost us dearly. Same goes for the rest of the team on tonight's performance mind.

 

Him or Forrest for me. Forrest was the only outball, wee Izzy defensively was * outstanding, must have only missed about one tackle all night

 

I wasn't impressed with him at all really, he's a shadow of the player he once was.

 

Defensively he was our best player for sure.

I'm going to give the team the benefit of the doubt and say the pitch was a major factor.

Do we really have to bump a bunch of player threads to slate them after a win?

The guy was * useless. Not one player got pass marks for me, maybe Lustig that's about it.

 

Would rather trying Matthews at LB an see how gets on ,as lustig atm has RB nailed down

 

He was absolute pish, every time he touched the ball it was like a pass to an elfsborg player

 

Absolute * bollocks

 

He made one or two good tackles and * everything else. Barely controlled the ball, misplaced about every pass and was generally rank rotten.

 

His passing was poor because our midfield was all over the place and he had very little options most of the time.

His defending was exceptional and that's good enough for me, he's first and foremost a defender today and he defended well, along with Lustig.

 

Quality defensive shift by izzy,strong in every challenge!

 

He was decent enough .
