    Stokes completely lost the plot in his first Old Firm game, I know he had a decent record vs. Rangers for Hibs but an Old Firm game is a completely different scenario. Saying that, although he didn't do much last night he was constantly harassing defenders and chasing the ball. Samaras will hold the ball up well but I'm not sure if he'll bring anything else to the game.

    Here's how I'd line up:

    Forster
    Wilson - Rogne - Maj - Emilio

    Kayal
    Forrest - Juarez - Ledley - Kapo

    Stokes
    ​
    I think we should sit with a fairly deep midfield and try to hit them on the break, and I'd like to see Forrest, Stokes and Kapo rotating positions to try and tire their full backs out. For this game, Paddy is more valuable to us on the bench. ​

    I think Kapo's a major doubt if he's pulled a hamstring.Hope to * he's fit,I like the look of him.
    It'll take a massive performance from everyone,Rangers are big favourites to pump us but if we can keep the ball and frustrate them then i can see us getting something out of the match.

    I'm going for 2-1 to the Hoops!

    I'd rather have stokes up on his own than samaras as stokes is a better finisher and we need to take our chances as I can't imagine we will get too many

    Would nobody throw Ljungberg sraight in then if he signs? Id be very tempted to just because it wouldnt faze him and hes an experienced player who will just get on with the job. Forrest is still a kid who hasnt played them yet and might be abit of a risk.
    And Id give Juarez a run at right back for this one. Excited already :celt_2:

    I am feeling unbelievably pessimistic about Sunday. I honestly fear the worst.

    So fellow Celtic fans, what I really need from you is some reasons to try and feel optimistic about this match. Can you give me some good reasons why we might beat the odds and win on Sunday? And I want something a bit more than just 'Coz the Huns are *'. :icon_mrgreen:

    Because if we sign Ljungberg, a big name player about the dressing room would give the whole team a lift.
    Samaras has to be due a * big goal this season.
    I think Maj and Rogne will take no * from Misser and Kayal will be good cover for them.
    ITs a football game simple as, we have a 50/50 chance and anything can happen..you just never know mate :celt_2:
    Not the best reasons but without Hooper am abit scared myself!lol Still I hink we can do it :D

    Hopefully we keep it tight and don't score too early and get nervous, happened to many times this season. If we can get a goal at the 60-70 mark and let them come out we could get another on the counter.

    Like yourself i fear the worst for sunday !! Seen nothing to make me believe that we can go there and scrap it out with the huns , our defence is poor and our strikers you wouldnt take in a lucky bag !! Throw in the fact our manager has still to get his line ups and tactics correct in a really big game then things look bleak to say the least !! Maybe paddy mccourt can deliver a bit of magic if the score can remain close
