Correct me if I'm wrong but it seems like everytime a OF game comes up Brooney is either absent on the field of play, gets red carded in the game or is suspended from it as a result of other previous transgressions. I'm beginning to think that oor Brooney doesn't want to take part in the OF games

I thought you only got a suspension if it's a straight red as opposed to 2 yellow's? Has anyone actually clarified this yet? I reckon we will miss him big time if this is the case!

You know I was at the match and I can't remember seeing the second yellow........all I saw was the red :87: I like his fight and endeavour but sometimes he's so rash......at that stage of the game and in the postion the ball was he didn't need to make that tackle. As I said before we have to wonder why he puts himself in such situations when we're about to be up against rangers

We must make an officlal complaint on Scott Brown's red card.
It was NEVER a foul and Scott slipped, and was only protecting his face with this hands from Steve Hammel's boot. He never touched Hammell , and Hammell rolled along the ground like he had been shot.Blatant simulation by Steve Hammell.

Yeah from where I was sitting you saw it coming  he was quick to reach for those yellow cards when a Celtic player was involved and I think only one of theres got booked for chucking the ball away :87: It's makes you wonder when it was our players that went off with injuries  Throughout the game I thought we were playing 12 men :38:

You could see from the moment the match started the referee was determined one of our key player were going to miss the key derby.

People can call it paranoia if they wish, I think Majstorovics yellow card is another prime example of the referees clear cheating tonight.

You could say the referee is just incompetent but if that was the case, bad decisions would have went against Motherwell at some point in the match and that wasn't the case.

Well if we thought there was institutional bias before I have a feeling it's going to get a hundred times worse :87:. Referees will be targeting us now and our players need to wise up :54:

Absolutely delighted he's missing the game and am not in the slightest bit ashamed to admit it.

Liability, can't handle the big-game atmosphere and is anonymous every time he plays at Ibrox.

Translation: he dived in like a * moron when there was no need, tried to pull out the challenge too late, and went skidding in on Hammell. Thus serving up on a silver tray the excuse the hun referee was so obviously gagging for, to send off a Celtic player. Classic Scott Brown.

I'm with Jeannie - time and again Brown totally sets himself up. To such an extent that you have to wonder whether on some level he's actually trying to get sent off?
