looks like a good prospect, i know he's only played at lower levels but he's 21 and he's been scoring for fun for about 5-6 years now...hopefully cuthbert, caddis and ferry are talkin celtic up to him

Would love a Austin-Hooper partnership..two talented young strikers..I love the emphasis on talented, somewhat proven players. Stokes coming off the bench. Hail! Hail!

Austin, Hooper & Stokes, and get Kevin Phillips in for them to learn from.

This sounds good to me, and affordable too.

Happier with this than Huseklepp tbh.

Please Lenny sign him up and not this Kevin Phillips *. Austin is nearly 20 years younger, a better striker and has bags of potential.

hows he a better striker? looks like he's got great potential, but phillips has proven it at EPL level time and time again...i'd get them both in and get murphy and samaras out

I like the look of this guy, looks level-headed and can score. Hooper and him would be a good partnership.

All 3 absolutely love the club so I imagine they would! Caddis can show him the videos of him marking Ronaldinho and say "thats what playing for Celtic is all about"

Surely one of the main reasons we're in for Phillips is precisely to be a mentor to this kind of young player?

Out of all the strikers we've been linked with in the past few days, Austin is the one I want.

Pretty sure he has made himself available as a player again very recently.

Anyway on topic, would love to see an Austin Hooper partnership, would be deadly! Both intelligent forwards with great movement who can clearly finish!!!

Think the lad will have options though.
