Couple of doors kicked in this morning by Scotland's Finest with regards to the blow up doll situation.

What a * shambles of a situation. And what a shambles of a country and government who allow it.

I wonder what his charge will be?

Honest question, do people get arrested in Northern Ireland when on the 12th of July they burn effigies of the Pope, Neil Lennon, Martin McGuinness etc.?

I'm totally against the guy who did it, I thought it was completely tasteless, but he should only receive a punishment if a punishment was given in a similar situation.

Or is it because he happened to be at Celtic Park whilst the act was done?

    Totalitarianism.

Can't believe the majority of Scotland just accept this.

apologies if this has already been explained , but how the * are they * dolls ? from the pictures I saw there was no ahem ... holes for the discerning perv to get wired into , so does that make them just like the wee jinkys we waved in the 70's ... minus the strip of course .

The Government don't merely allow it, they actively sanctioned it. And as for the rest of the country who stand by and watch it happen? Well, you don't question the party that hangs the carrot of independence in front of you, do you?

Protests will do * all, especially when a fair portion of those who are kicking up * will happily put their cross next to the SNP on the ballot paper when election time rolls around.

It's that bad that you'll actually see Celtic fans who still back the SNP despite their anti-Celtic/Catholic policy because of some distant dream of independence, all the while downplaying the importance or effect of the football bill.

After all, it's all about "evening things up", isn't it?

My point was people aren't just standing by and doing * all, and protests were a massive part of our clubs darkest days and helped save it, i do agree that people need to be smarter with their votes though let them know this bill will cost them come election time

To be fair, it looks like the law is likely to be repealed and the protests that have already taken part have played a part in that.

Likely how? Are you talking about the actions of labour MSP James Kelly a few weeks back?

The Government have described his attempts to draw attention to the unfairness of the Bill as "an empty political stunt", and have also made it clear that they have zero intention of repealing the Bill.

"oor" Nicola claims the Bill is all about fighting sectarianism, and can't understand why anyone would want rid of it.

The SNP are in the position of being able to answer all criticism with "well, do you want independence or not?", which usually helps to keep most folk quiet enough that it won't become an issue.

Like I said, we have Celtic fans who'll happily vote for them because of the vague promise of independence, despite the fact that the party is responsible for their fellow Celtic fans facing criminal charges for nothing more than celebrating their heritage for the most part.

Wouldn't say I particularly agree with the blow up dolls or anything, think the whole situations been blown out of proportion but police kicking in people's door because of it is * ridiculous, blatant harassment, it's not as if they're going to flee to the Costa Del Sol for 10 years cause of a glorified ballon

Can just imagine the poor * going for his next job interview, let's call him "Mr O'Keefe"

"So, Mr O'Keefe, we're very happy with the answers that you've given, and you look like a likely candidate for getting the job role - we just have to ask a few questions about any criminal records you may have. Do you have any?"

    "Aye"

    "What for?

    "Erm.....got one for GBUDH"

"GBUDH? We've ever heard of that before....can you explain what that is?"

"Aye, got done for hanging a blow up doll fae the upper tier at Celtic Park at the last huns game there"

    "Oh.....right....and the GBUDH part?"

"Judge gave me a sentence and a criminal record for Grevious Blow up Doll Harm".

"Oh......I see......well, it looks like you've blown this one, Mr O'Keefe - WATP! Noo get tae * oot ma office ya wee tarrier *".
