I am sure uefa see us as a Scottish club as we are in Scotland after all, that would mean we should have got fined every game we have played in Europe for showing solidarity to the oppressed people of Ireland after all.

Would also like to say well done to all who took part in a great display and * the trolls.

Nothing new to add but all I'll say is wow. Look at the response on social media, it went down a storm among the Palestinian sympathisers.

People should get on and read that, open up their horizons and stop reading the bullshit the Scottish mainstream media is saying and see what an impact last night had - even if it was 'just a flag'. It's heart touching to read even our FB page the Palestinians who commented, telling us that it's nice to see that folk in the west haven't forgotten about them and that in the face of threats we had the guts to withstand the pressure and put on such a show of solidarity - especially in front of millions of viewers.

To the folk saying we're going to face stand closures and such - we won't. ILTC put up quite a lot a few months back about fines, teams are fined all the time - even the big teams. Ours just seem prolific because our media keep painting us in that light. To get a stadium closures or stand closure whatever, you need to have done something severely wrong like assault players, throw flares at players, start a riot or something. Like Valencia v Inter when the players all attacked one another - big rammy back in 2006. :smiley-laughing002:

It's mad that nobody is cursing the Israelite flag that was flying in the away stand but a Palestine flag is a big no no. A wee flag is enough to set folk off, madness.

I never listen to the phone-ins, I avoid the papers & don't use social media so I wouldn't know about the MSM's views. The outcry/backlash will come if they shut one of our stands for a couple of Champs League games, trust me. If they don't then great we've given a great public show of solidarity & all is good.

Legia last night in Dublin, if the * whinging about a few flags and talking about stand closures and such absolute nonsense, are concerned about us I wonder what they think of this?

    * *, there'll be folk demanding Legia are banned from UEFA competition forever. :56:

I don't think the '*' in our support are moaning about the flags themselves, I think it's the fact they know that UEFA, the real * will shut stands etc for it. So settle down a bit if you're implying your fellow fans are * & the like.

Absolutely nothing to suggest they will, not over a flag.

Honestly, the majority of the msm has whitewashed this anyway - barely any mention except by Scottish hacks.

A fine will quietly be given, which the smsm will overblow.

I'm thinking £25k, not even as high as £100k.

So UEFA are the real * but we should bow down to them? This logic makes no sense to me. If you are openly admitting they are the real * why are you upset with people taking them on in order to show support for a cause they truly believe in?

Exactly that, as far as I'm aware - which is common sense.

The media have concocted some * about how UEFA have warned us about this when in actual fact they haven't. They are just putting 2 and 2 together (the fact UEFA say politics should stay out of football but yet they don't even follow that rule:smiley-laughing002:).
