    Saw security at Motherwell last week vetting the banners. Free speech my *. * joke society. Where the government and police are afraid of banner messages spread by supporters. Regardless of who they follow. It is wrong. Would like to see a GB Hillsborough, police cover up banner at some time. Just to highlight the past crimes by the state aimed at football fans!

    In the medium to long term this sort of thing is just damaging to the Green Brigade and their status amongst the Celtic support in general.

    If you have a greivance with the law and want it to change, do it through the right channels. There's an election coming up soon, I'm sure a Celtic fan's local SNP candidate wouldn't be happy to hear they've lost a vote because of this bill would they?

    So what about last week at Hamilton where a group of very young Celtic supporters were harrassed and had their banner - criticising the bill - confiscated?

    Any Celtic supporter that has a problem with Celtic supporters standing up for other Celtic supporters about a draconian piece legislation designed to marginalise one group of the population need to take a long hard look at themselves.

    And the GB, FAC etc... do plenty to highlight this away from the match too.

    Maybe the fact you don't know that highlights the need to do it at the match where it gets more exposure and lets people like you have good greet about it.

    It will only damage their reputation during a certain section of our support. You are literally the only person I have heard about not supporting it.

    I genuinely don't think many SNP candidates could give a fiddler's * about your average football fan and even less so a Celtic supporter. ( both as bad as each other blah blah)

    Over-excessive policing by those officers. I don't support that.

    At the Motherwell game there was a considerably larger protest, with both sets of fans involved. The Police or at the very least the stewards would've known about that display and the display today.
