And that's the problem right there, no care taken or the fans considerations get taken into account whatsoever.

A concession ticket and an * ticket, assiged to the same house, with people of the same name and they get seperated. That is awful customer care and it smacks of them just not giving a *.

Nobody is saying the board have done it delibertaely. People are merely pointing out that they have made a complete mess of the task in hand. Surely this type of thing should have been avoided, and without any great difficulty I would imagine.

They are offering ST holders another seat....if a family sit together....two friends sit together they will strive to put them together when they are informed.....I don't see this as a big deal.

I'm sure also if some would prefer a certain area excluding 111 and it's not grouping large amounts of previous 111 members then they will be able to get it.

It was more than likely done by computer randomly selecting it....I doubt they have the time and resources to sit and go through ever STH there and allocate it manually on a personal level.

Like I said....a phone call will rectify it.

And that's what I'm saying - they aren't putting PEOPLE into consideration when they are offering relocation until (such incidents happen like a 4 y/o being split from his father).

It's quite simple to see on the computer in the ticket office season books that are beside each other from say the same household.

But nah, it's just been randomised.

If the board provide concrete evidence that the body responsible for health and safety were going to enforce sanctions etc on the club due to lateral movement by the green brigade AND if they provide minutes of meetings with the green brigade, stating they asked them to stop it as best as they could, then no one could argue against the board for closing the section down.

If this cannot be provided then the argument of a hidden agenda against the group is perfectly acceptable. I have to admit I am not the green brigades biggest fan, but I have a appreciation of there contribution to the atmosphere.

It's time for the other fans to stand up and be counted now, where I sit in the north stand lower, as we all know the position of the old jungle is as quiet as a mouse most match days, Celtic Park on big games is the best atmosphere in Europe bar none, even though the competition isn't there now in the league, we still have 11 men out there knocking there pan in trying to get us 3 points in and we don't want the place quiet as * for 90 minutes.

Which again puts the onus on paying fans, who selected there seats, with friends, family already. Paid a * of a lot of money during a recession to watch and their like "if you don't like it deal with it, we're not going to the effort to do it for you"

There is zero customer care there.

They've took the decision, they should do it properly. If it was a computer that down it this is one of the very first things that should have been programmed into making the choice. I doubt it was a computer that done it anyway, would be cheaper to do it manually. This is a one off situation, wouldn't make software to randomise sections of seating within the stadium.

If they have done it manually it will be down to human error.......folk make mistakes.....wouldn't be human otherwise.....the fans who are there with their family will be allocated together when it is either noticed or they are informed of the problem.

I get the feeling that no matter what the club do it won't be good enough for some.

I just get the feeling that the don't take any fans personal curcumstances into consideration - this is what they are doing and if the fan doesn't likeibh onus is on them to do slmething about it.

    That's wrong for me.

    Really...??
How many on here think this is the board first step and who will be next.....few posts like that.
Or the board is trying to wipe out the Irish part of our history....seen one of those as well.

I also get the impression that no matter how the club treat the paying customer, emm supporters I mean, it won't change some people's defence of them.
