I love the atmosphere the Green Brigade bring to Celtic matches. I think everyone does.

That doesn't give them a free pass to behave in any manner they want though. If they are unable to support the team without using flares/smoke bombs, breaking seats and putting the club in a compromising situation with regard to fan safety, then the club are well within their rights to withdraw the privilege of allowing them their own section where they can all congregate together.

 

There must be about 100 of them I'd say?

One thing that makes no sense, why would they relocate the supporters elsewhere? So they can do lateral movement in another section? Is there something architecturally unique about 111 that makes it extra unsafe?



Seems * pointless. And as has been said by many others, we participate in "unsafe" movement every single time a goal is scored, or we do The Huddle.

 

Right, probably sounds stupid.

But what the * does lateral movement mean?

Again though, everyone seems to be automatically blaming a minority in that section without any concrete evidence.

Its when they go from side to side, its like the hun bouncy bouncy but only along rows. They do actually move quite far, across the stairs into the next rows then back probably move 15 feet left then back the other way.
