    I don't think anybody here is defending trumped up charges or saying that the Police are blameless in their handling of the Green Brigade. There does however seem to be a fair amount of people who believe the Green Brigade to be blameless in their behaviour.

    the club should be stepping in and backing the fans dealing with such problems as the GB are dealing with right i know a few guys from 111 and they are now banned from going to games for 3 Years.

    What does, the harassment or the bag searching? If you're referring to the bag searching, it happens every game to every other fan as well. If you're referring to police harassment, again, no-one's disputing this, no-one's condoning it either. The point being made is, whatever's gone on before, having your bag searched is NOT police harassment.

    I didn't say that did I you mong, but it looks good and gets more people involved. Dont think I heard one song started by anyone else in the stadium Saturday other than the GB.. Absolutely embarrassing.

    No they haven't but trying to use the fact that they got their bags.searched as a form of harassment is pretty poor.

    Calling people a mong really doesn't add any weight to your argument.

    We're getting away from the point here in any case. If the GB are going to use flares and/or smoke bombs then they shouldn't be surprised when the police want to do things like search bags that they bring into the ground. That's the point.

    I disabled.....can't walk without crutches and I get my small handbag which I need to carry, which contains my purse and other items like pain relief searched when I go in....if it's good enough for me then it is good enough for the GB
