Its time they cut the GB some slack . Without the GB there is no atmosphere inside CP nowadays

It's no secret that the Police in Scotland don't like them, and don't want them at the games. By not going to the games the GB are giving the cops exactly what they want.

Surely the correct answer would be "* you lot, we'll be backing the team and going to the games regardless of what you do or say"?

Is it really worth it to support your team then maybe you get dragged through a court for singing a song and maybe miss work and lose your job or to have your name blackened and not be able to get a job in future?

If I was in the GB I would feel like getting a ST for a different part of the ground in future and just blend in with the rest of the crowd.

In that case they'd be better off officially disbanding and just resuming status as normal supporters again.

The cops would get what they want, and the members could keep their heads down and attend games like everyone else.

This is what I fear will happen.

Could hear the DU fans loud and clear today and that's a bit sad for a home game.

Yes a complete walkout just after kick off, they refused the zombie banner on the reason that "they can" apparently.

They had people arrested on Tuesday.

There was a list of 3 to be arrested today as well.

If the GB turn up next week there could be trouble as a few fans in 112 were chanting "* the green brigade" during the first half of the game.

    * disgraceful

I would like to think our board would come out in support of these lads who have been an absolute credit to the club but I seriously doubt that they will. I would`nt blame them one bit if they decided to pack it in

Are they getting the same level of harrassment at away games in Scotland?

    Oh come on!

I think it's common knowledge by now what they are being lifted for.

It still doesn't make it right.

Why don't the police put more manpower into finding the young men that have gone missing in Glasgow in the last couple of weeks instead of harassing football fans just for supporting their team.

I saw them outside the main door, silent protesting! They all looked really young. Shame they missed a great game.

"First off there was nothing planned about this. It was totally off the cuff and forced upon us. We turned up today like everyone else, only we were met with a welcoming committe at the turnstyles. We had one banner confiscated by police and lads threatened to hand over their details or face arrest.

"The polis had a sheet with names and mugshots, as these lads entered the ground they were immediately removed and told they were banned. This is despite having no prior warning from the club about being banned and have no banning order. Honestly couldn't tell you why this was happening but it certainly looks as if they're upping their ante for some reason.

"It looked as if the polis were directing things from outside but them and stewards were saying they were following club orders re bans. One steward also gave a heads up that the polis were after 3 arrests.

"Even in spite of this most still went into the ground wanting to support the team, however after seeing bodies being pulled as soon as they got through the turnstiles then why even bother?

The whole stadium stood for them today, twice. The club should take note that the fans are on their side and stop allowing the * to harass them in the stadium.

My * i sit in 113 and the i never heard anybody chanting that although i did see at first hand today the victimisation the group and anybody around them suffered as today just before kick off i was at the pie stall when the police were talking to the green brigade about 5yards away and some people were filming it on their phones when all of a sudden this big ugly copper lunges for a young boy about 16 and tries to stop him filming by grabbing his hand that holding he was holding his fone with to stop him filming but the boy got his hand away only for the copper to grab him again and pull his arm down by his side and twist his hand that hard i honestly surprised it didnt break and i was actually screaming at the cop to let him go telling him he was right out of order 2 older woman in the queue also intervened and it was only then that he let go of the bys hand there then followed a bit of a pushing match when others realised what was happening i actually took a note of the coppers number and told him i was reporting him which i did to one the senior cops who did not even ask for my name but asked what area i sat in and when i told him 113 and that that i had nothing to do with the gb but that i wanted to make a complaint about his officer and that i had his number and pointed out that if anybody else did that they would certainly be arrested the senior officer then had the cheek to tell me he was too busy to deal with my complaint and that he would meet me at the same spot at h/t and i could talk to him then but surprise surprise he wasn't there and not even a single copper was anywhere to be seen on the concourse but i still have a note the cops number as i am still raging at what i witnessed.
