getting sick of hearing people say that now.

no one thinks that... who in the right mind would think that.

'the day the green brigade dies celtic goes with it' or 'without the group we'd be pish'

great shout m8 i remember jungle days and then when we had half a stand supporters still got behing the team we never had fan gropu then also
true supporters been cheering us on for years even when we were rocking with martin o'neill in charge the fans sat their silent due to the fact our support knew last minute goals would come or henrik or big bad john would score a hat trick, so fan groups dont rule the roost to be fair , they only help create a atmosphere people got to remember we living in times which every single thing said or heard is pillard so we could easily have new fangroup tomorrow its a trend setter and nowt else.

we shouldnt even need a green brigade! if everyone backed the team together like we used to there would be no need for this! i think people now purposely dont join in with the GB just because its the GB which is a joke! they do a great job in supporting the team and give the stadium some much needed atmosphere!

if it was you out on the pitch playing what would you prefer to hear and what would motivate you to fight for the cause...?

    1) the full stadium backing you and the team for 90 mins with songs, chants, putting pressure on the opposition

    OR

    2) a small section of 400-500 trying to back the team for 90 mins with thousands of people only making a noise to critizize you doing something wrong!(not saying its just the GB who backs the team just alot of people cant get songs going because of others in the section around them)

we need to stop the them and us mentality in the support and join together and bring back the thunder!

Celtic wont go away if the GB does, thats ridiculous but the singing that goes on at CP almost certainly will.I kind of realised after last nights game how pathetic it was me and my mates joining on to whatever the GB were singing because no one else sings, well there was that guy infront of us.Infact we were only even near them because there was empty seats .We moved because the atmosphere was dreadful, nearly as bad as the football that was gettin played.

Went to the game myself last night so I thought i would try and get as close as possible to them last night. Ended up right in there with them, no hassle from the stewards whatsoever. Great atmosphere again, even when the score was 0-1. Well done boys.

None of them got offered tickets from Celtic.

They now have bought tickets off people who have tickets. There's not alot of the GB going to Mordor but they will be noticed when there :50:

I'm was told they have just managed to buy a small amount of tickets from fellow supporters that were offered tickets and weren't going to take up the offer.

There is an easy equation to generating atmosphere and it has * all to do with the GB. This is simply, have a top manager x buy good players x put a good team out x play well x beat the opposition = ATMOSPHERE. Not * drums and song sheets!! Smell the coffee, the board have been downgrading our ambitions season after season since Martin O'Niell its that simple. We now have a * * team simples.

Remember what the big man said "football without fans is nothing" and they way celtic parks attendances are going looks like footballs * all.
