West Brit...or the Unmentionable? Hmm. Can't decide.

Stokes will have a great season, which any true Irishman should be looking forward to and praying for. I'm hoping he'll be involved in our qualifying campaign, too.

Hahahahaha do they have wifi in nental hospitals now stokes will have a good season ,no problem.

As I said the signing of the two strikers is the end of stokes and celtic he is now third choice striker in a team that plays 1 striker

Scotland not getting out of the group stages in qualifing makes it more difficult to pile up the caps.

Aren't you Irish? Strange the way you've been posting in here, anyone would think you were * off at that result...?

Some goal from McGeady at the end, sickener for Scotland though.

We were not lucky at all. We had most of the ball. The goal they scored was an incredible strike out of the blue otherwise they never threatened. Our problem was once we got into the attacking third our speed of play was slow and our crossing was for the most part very poor. McGeady was by far our most dangerous attacking player and in the end it was his magic that was enough to get us the win which is a huge 3 points really.

Thats fair. Really I don't think Ireland Scotland or Poland really have anything to fear from each other. Nobody is clearly better then anybody else.

Why could we not have coughed up a couple million to sign McGeady? He's exactly the type of player we need at the moment, too. You have to imagine he wouldn't be on crazy wages, either. About 40k? Opportunity missed. :54:

We were lucky in the sense that if it hadn't been for McGeady that would have been one point not three.

I support both. I like to see any international team with celtic players in it do well since Scotland has 5 id perfer to see them getting there.
