I've never seen a player so young be able to do what he can, none of this ''I only cut inside'' or ''I always hug the touchline'' * you get from one trick pony players either, he goes where the space is and theres nothing the opposition can do about it.

Very good point HunSkelper. The fact that he is as good on the left as he is on the right is a big bonus.

For a young player the timing of his crosses is immense.

Very injury prone, that's the downside. New Maloney.

how do you figure m8? he's 19. he's had one year with the first team and did his ankle which kept him out a few months to be on the safe side. is that what injury prone is?

He's not injury prone but he was out for 3months last year and the whole season the season before that.

You kind of just contradicted yourself.

You gotta admit, that's a horrendous injury record for a 19 year old.

It must have been, I fully expected Forrest to start today and if he was fit enough, he should have definitely started in front of McGinn, I've not been impressed with him at all lately.

I feel Forrest is a much brighter prospect but not just that, he can contribute more than most of our wingers even at his age.

Really hope he had a virus or something. I can see this being Simon Ferry part 2.

I think Lenny already see's Forrest as a vital player for us, let's hope he can get a run of games under his belt.

I would like to revamp 'fritz a grand ol team' as its a bit old and cheesey, needs some fat beats
I know a lot of people are salivating over Kayal and rightly so, but for me.. this is our man. I thought the lad did very well for us at Ibrox today and have high hopes for the future. Not wanting to get too excited obviously, however there is something of a youthful indignance about his play and he shows a remarcable lack of fear or respect for his opponent. You could probably put this guy in the Brazil squad and he wouldnt be that phased if that makes sense (outclasssed maybe but not unphased).. he would just play his game. That is the impression I get of him.. some one who enjoys the game and is beginning to believe in his own ability.. I hope he puts his heart and soul into developing for us becuase he has real potential

I thought Forrest was our weakest player, and he was not good the last game he played either!

he done well got by player but in 2/3 good crosses and hes only just back from quite a long injury so it will take time for him to get back to his best

Forrest was unlucky not to score yesterday at the start when McCulloch blocked it and right after Sammy's first, just missed the cross from Mulgrew. He had a solid game today and beat his man most of the time, that's all you can ask for really
